LaserLAB is a patented measuring procedure. It consists of a pentagonal blue measuring sensor with five laser triangulation sensors, measuring balls and suitable software each for one application area. LaserLAB does not remain stationary in one robot cell, but can be used flexibly in several cells. If a measuring ball is placed into the visibility area of the measuring system, the position of the ball centre will be calculated. Due to the direct correlation of the ball centre to the Tool Centre Point (TCP) of the robot, it

In order to ensure a long life span of the impregnated timber, the special type of timber and its construction is of the utmost importance.
Chemical timber preservation is recommended where the type of timber and its inherent characteristics cannot protect it from attacks of heart rot, dry rot and insects.
The correct combination of type of timber, construction and chemical timber preservation can ensure the timber a lifetime of up to 40 years.
• The hardwood has a natural
self-protection, and through the
surrounding impregnated sapwood
the protection is even higher.
• The wood preservative is applied to
the timber under vacuum and
pressure. The preservative is fixed
in the wood and cannot be washed
out.
• Colour pigment can be mixed with
the wood preservative when other
colours, in stead of the usual green,
for instance brown, are required.
• Impregnated timber is
environment-friendly. The wood
preservative that is used today in
the vacuum/pressure process is
environment-friendly, clean and
odourless and is normally
quality-supervised

WTT - VACUUM DRYER WITH "SMOKING" EQUIPMENT Noble and dark wood colours by new WTT procedure
Veneers, boards and even strong and massive wood planks are thoroughly coloured by a completely new procedure for treatment of tannin-bearing timber.
Wood species especially suited for this treatment are oak and acacia.
The technical equipment needed for this process is supplied as additional device for the WTT vacuum drying plant, whereby "smoking" with ammonia is accomplished in an additional step to the drying process. The obvious advantage of this concept is that the plant is capable of operating with this special treatment while being fully functional as one of our traditional vacuum dryers as well.
Even thick oak planks (65mm) are through-coloured perfectly within approximately two weeks. This should be seen in contrast to existing smoking systems that with the double time consumption are capable only of colour penetrating a few millimetres into the timber.
A further substantial advantage of the WTT "smoke"-drying procedure can be found in a completely new subsequent treatment procedure whereby a smell-free wood product is available immediately at the end of the treatment. Until now it has been necessary to store the smoke-treated timber several weeks in buildings equipped with costly air purification systems.
Implementation of the newest technology ensures that all requirements regarding impact to the surrounding air and water are met immediately, as is the case with requirements to operational and industrial safety. Thus only short time is needed to obtain the operation permit of this plant type.
The first two vacuum drying plants equipped with the smoking feature were taken into use recently by a German oak wood and veneers specialist.

The Baby - Series The B06.08 granulator is designed for the granulation of small sprues. Typical applications are the granulation of CD sprues and small sprues from microinjection moulding.
The granulator type B06.08CD is specially designed for the granulation of CD sprues, while the modell B06.08S is designed for general microinjection moulding applications .
The cutting chamber of the B Series granulators including rotor and screen are made of stainless steel, to fulfill also high purity standards for regrind. In addition, the cutting chamber is hermetically sealed to prevent the regrind from being contaminated by incoming air or dust when extracted by suction. It is therefore possible to use this granulator
under clean room conditions, as is typical in CD production.
Both models granulate sprues at low speed. This ensures a virtually dust-free regrind as well as maintaining a very low noise level.
The optimized geometry of the V-formation scissors cut and the cascading, multi-level rotor is providing a very effective granulation process and therefore the power required
by the geared motor is reduced without compromising granulator efficiency.

The Energy-Series The new E-Series (Energy-Series) granulators are very suitable as powerful central granulators for the processing of sprues and failparts up to a throughput of 800 kg/hr (depending on the products, its material, geometry and screen size). Whether bulky or thin-walled parts, sprues/runners or extruded profiles, the E Series can effectively process them all. The resulting high quality, uniform granulate can be reused directly in subsequent production processes.
By standard, these granulators come with integrated sound enclosure and a special framework design to reduce structure born noise, thus qualifying these machines also for in-line applications in the production of large blow or injection moulded parts. The extensive actions taken to reduce noise and impact sound are lowering the stress on the operator.
The large doors on the front of the enclosure provide easy access to all main components, such as the cutting chamber, blower, etc., without the use of tools.
The knives can be pre-adjusted outside the cutting chamber by means of a gauge to ensure precise tolerances once the knives are re-installed. As with all Wanner granulators, the new E Series benefits from many outstanding features and proves to be good value for money. The Xtra Series The special granulator for demanding users
The screenless type of crusher granulators of the Xtra Series are ideal for brittle plastic materials. With large primary crushers, plastic sprues and parts are pre-crushed before being broken down to a final size via the toothed rollers (available with 4 and 5 mm teeth) without screening. There are benefits compared with blade granulators with screen, in terms of regrind quality and use, particular with brittle materials. As a result, the noise level is lower when granulating massive sprues and the regrind has fewer fine parts when processing brittle plastics. The Xtra-Series machines are also very compact and easy to clean. The hardened cutting tools made from high quality steel alloys guarantee a long service life even when processing abrasive plastics. The screenless crusher granulators are available in different configurations and are easy to adapt to specific user requirements.

GORE™ Cover System Principle Take just as much favourably priced nature as possible and as much intelligent technology as necessary. Or more precisely: GORE™ Cover technology.
It consists essentially of three components: aeration, control, and a tarpaulin. Brought together in a perfect balance, the three components interact to produce a unique, economical and reliable composting system. In order to provide the essential basic requirements for the aerobic microorganisms, medium pressure aerators are connected to either on-floor aeration pipes or to in-floor aeration ducts. The bigger the throughput of the plant, the more worthwhile the investment in aeration channels, allowing vehicular access and saving on staffing costs.
The aerators are controlled by means of oxygen and temperature parameters, for which the necessary data is obtained directly from the main body of the heap using stainless steel probes. The data is fed into the computer and stored there, documenting the course of the operation. Radio-remote monitoring of the controlled composting process is possible.
The material is first mechanically prepared and homogenised before being laid on the aeration using wheel loaders. The probes are then sunk into the material to be composted and then the GORE™ Cover is immediately pulled over the body of the heap. Various handling aids are available to make this action easier. It now remains only to fill the fire hose at the edge of the tarpaulin with water to fix it in position and within a few minutes an enclosed system is functioning.
Without the cost of any further technical maintenance and without producing any conspicious odours or microorganisms, Nature now sets to work. It is inexpensive and it is in perfect tune ecologically. Three to four weeks later you can open up the heap to find its contents have been thoroughly a decomposed degraded. All you have to do is roll back the tarpaulin onto the winding gear by radio remote control, remove the measuring probes, if necessary withdraw the aeration pipes using the wheel loaders, and place the material e.g. by a winch on the maturation field and to continue biodegradation. With the right equipment and our expertise you can save yourself the bother of watering, turning — and trouble with the neighbours.

Change-Over Valves / Type 11.7 Product description
Three-way change-over-valve with safety gland packing in flange design in accordance with EN 1092-1 and ASME B 16.5 respectively; can be supplied in carbon steel 1.0619 (WCB), stainless steel 1.4408 (CF8M) and low temperature steel 1.6220 (LCC).
Use
The use of change-over valves allows essential maintenance work to be carried out on a safety valve, without interruption of the plant operation, simply by changing over to the relevant stand by valve, thus protecting the plant against excessiv overpressure.
