Electric arc welding without protection is harmful
Our line of products is entirely researched and designed to meet the requirements of prevailing standards, your comfort and aesthetic appeal.
Active welding filters provide continuous protection against UV/IR emissions, heat, sparks and projectiles. The degree of protection provided by the filter is designed to avoid blinding by the electric arc.
When an electric arc is activated, active welding filters darken automatically. When the arc is extinguished, they go back to their initial transparent state. Thus, active welding filters free up both of the welder’s hands, which saves time, helps avoid fatigue and ensures much better quality, because the arc can be positioned more accurately.

Glass Fibre
Very high strength glass fibre
Glass-fibre reinforced plastics (GFRP) have been used for decades wherever high strength, excellent chemical resilience and extreme durability are required of an industrial material. Since the 1940s, Brandenburger specialises in the processing of high-performance materials. The company has been using GFRP composite materials successfully in modern, trenchless sewer rehabilitation since the early 1990s.
GFRP is a "programmable" material. The glass fibres may be aligned to precisely match the loads in the sewer. Pipe liners made of GFRP are capable of bearing extreme loads at very low wall thicknesses and weights. GFRP pipe liner is thus suitable for the rehabilitation of all commonly used sewer cross-sections - round, oval and special profiles - with small and large diameters.
During the manufacturing of the Brandenburger GFRP pipe liner, glass fibre webs are immersed in special vinyl or polyester resin to strengthen the mechanical properties of the plastic. It is critical for the durability of the finished product that the composition of the resins matches perfectly with the type of glass in order to withstand the chemical and mechanical loads. This is why only high-grade resins (polyester resin pursuant to DIN 18820 group 3 type 1140, or EN 13121 group 4, or vinylester resins pursuant to DIN 18820 group 5 type 1310, or EN 13121 group 7A) and corrosion-resistant E-CR glass fibre are used for Brandenburger GFRP pipe liners..

Chemical resistance by 2-step resin system
For public sewer systems, generally group 3 resins in acc. with DIN 18 820 T1 and/or according to EN 13121 in group 4) are used.
For aggressive industrial applications, such as those involving alkaline solutions and/or high temperatures, the GRP composite is impregnated with a special vinylester resin. This resin corresponds to group 5 in accordance with DIN 18 820 T1 (and/or to group 7 in accordance with EN 13121).

The mode of operation of the perforating tools that covers the full press width is characteristic of this type of press. Thus up to 8 rows of holes can be simultaneously punched with each stroke. Special attention is paid through customised solutions to addressing the requirements on an expanded metal press such as the need to ensure minimal sagging of the press frame or play between the cutter and the eccentric shaft.
Thus for example the press frame has been heavily reinforce and the eccentric shaft and the cutter slide are mounted on prestressed ball and roller bearings respectively. Together with the very highly prestressed ram compensation this guarantees that the upper blade always penetrates to exactly the same depth and hence ensures a precise mesh gauge.
In addition the lower blade can be prestressed via wedges so that the lower blade follows a perfectly straight line under load. The feed rollers (mesh web) and the upper blade (mesh width) are positioned by means of digital servo motors. The ram height (mesh depth) can optionally also be set via digital servo motors.

Perforating machines
The processing of the perforating zone in strips is characteristic of this type of press as the tools have a working width of only 250mm or 400mm. This means that a rectangular perforation field must be processed in several "strips". On the other hand, of course, punchers offer a higher degree of flexibility. They can produce any kind of perforation field pattern. Only sheet metal is suitable as a starting material.
Hydraulically actuated chucks hold the sheet in place and move it in the X- and Y-axes under the tool. Gagbars, which successively expose or cover the tool's individual punches, are mounted above the tool. On one hand, this allows a high degree of flexibility in respect of the perimeter form of the perforated field, and on the other a high speed is achieved through the software-controlled simultaneous actuation of several punches.
This type of machine is thus highly suitable for small batch sizes requiring a high degree of flexibility. As these tools are very short in comparison to those used in open-width presses, the tool costs are relatively low.

Depending on their design, the presses are suitable for both single track and double track operation. To this end the press can be fitted with two rams whose heights can be adjusted independently of each other (each track separately). This means that the operator can load the press significantly more quickly, since laying under of the tools is minimised.Of course this means that two different products can be simultaneously produced on the same press.

When it comes to sheeting and moulding, the MAX 3B bread moulder handles the dough very gentle. Therefore it will be suitable for a great variety of goods. Gentle, because the dough is sheeted through several pairs of rollers before it sheets to the required size. In this way you achieve a very fine structure and an optimum elasticity. For the best quality there is a moulding track of about 3.000 mm. When combined with a conveyor belt width of 600 mm, the MAX 3B bread moulder is excellent for making small French sticks and plaits in the weight range of 150-2.000 grams.
Frame, covering and all carrying parts are made of stainless steel. It is not only made to lost, but it is also made in such a clever way that cleaning the machine is reduced to a minimum, as the housing of the rollers can be removed. All rollers are teflon coated and the pressure board is made from special non-stick synthetic material.

The ALLROUND 3B conical dough rounder lives up to its name: it can be used for all kinds of bread – from wheat to rye. Everything will become perfectly round.
