Our products – Working for you every day
Most people are completely unaware of how often they encounter products on a daily basis in which BRUDERER has had a hand.Whether you are using your mobile phone, travelling from A to B in your car, spending your small change on a chocolate bar from a vending machine or having fun on your recently purchased computer: wherever you are and whatever you are doing, our customers' products will be with you all the way
| Visions are the key to success |
| BRUDERER is renowned the world over as a pacesetter in "high-quality punching technology". The company, which was founded in 1943 by Egon Bruderer, took just a few years to develop from humble beginnings into a global player. This huge success can be attributed to three quality features – all of which have since become hallmarks of the BRUDERER brand: innovative and high-quality products, production to an extremely high level of quality and a customer-oriented sales and service organisation. |

| The future – Our Challenge |
BRUDERER employs some 500 people all over the world, 390 of whom work at the Frasnacht site in Switzerland, where all BRUDERER's high-performance punching presses are produced. 95% of the company's products are manufactured for the export market. Sales and service organisations located all over the world combine with the company's own skills centres for example in Asia to ensure direct contact with customers. BRUDERER is facing the challenges of the 21st century with the very same attributes that have made it great since its foundation: Performance – Precision – Quality |
| Automatic punching machine Synonymous with maximum performance, optimum precision and unrivalled reliability in the stamping and metal forming industry. Our assortment encloses high performance stamping presses with a press force from 180 to 2500 kN and a speed range from 100 to 2000 spm.

| B-Control – for highest demands The multilingual display provides constant updates regarding all relevant events and operating states for the entire production plant. Tool and machine data can be displayed without interrupting production and modified if necessary.
The ram axis can be corrected manually or automatically – during the production process and to the narrowest of tolerances for maximum process reliability. Factory-set or user-defined retooling sequences provide support during retooling and prevent erroneous operator intervention.

| Gripper feed VGB The gripper feed of type VGB is the result of a joint project between SANKYO Japan and BRUDERER Switzerland. The aim was to find an answer on the demand from the electronic market for a gripper feeder that could be not only mounted to new machines but also as retrofit on older BRUDERER machines.
Obvious is the very easy handling of the 3 types of VGB feeders and its very sensitive touch for thin and plated material. Another big advantage is that the feeder can be mounted on nearly all older types of BRUDERER stamping machines without big changes on the machine itself. The VGB can be directly connected to the mechanical drive shaft of the machine and the use of the toothed belt is therefore obsolete.
Furthermore the feeder is connected to the lubrication circuit of the machine and does not require a separate pump anymore which increases the ease of service and the life time of the feeder.

Here at BRUDERER we believe that when procuring new production plant, you have more important things to do as part of day-to-day operations than dealing with the complex and time-consuming tasks of project management

| Punching Laser The punching laser is a universal tool and is used in stamping departments for welding stamped parts in single-stage production processes – for example in plug-in connectors for the automotive industry, rotor/stator plates for electrical drives or plates for transformers.
