A314E/A324E-L
The A314E/A324E-L Wire Feed System represents a new generation of wire feeder for welding robots and is based upon a basic solution that has been well proven. The special feature of these wire feed systems is their very wide wire feed speed range, from 0.5m/min to 30 m/min. This wire feed speed range is extended compared to previous version. The high resolution, low wire feed speed capability gives optimum performance during arc starts and excellent arc characteristics when welding with low wire feed speeds. The high wire feed speed performance during high speed welding is also enhanced all the way up to 30 m/min. This performance is achieved through the use of an advanced precision control system. This Wire Feed System is predominantly used for Mild Steel & Stainless Steel welding.

IRB6660 for press tending
The optimised press tending robot The main goal of IRB 6660 is to provide a faster robotics solution within the press tending application. Concerning part transferring operations, it’s very important to reduce press occupation time. By improving the robot speed performance, the output of the press line is greatly increased. Optimised for press tending The new striff design together wiht the long reach is perfect for high-performance press tending applications. This results in high accuracy and uptime. A fast robot This robot is fast, and 15% shorter cycle times are normally achieved inside the presses. High productivity The overall cycle time is directly affected by using this faster robot, and so the line output. Longer lifetime The most gears have been reinforced, gear life time is also improved when running fast in press tending. Using proven components from the IRB 6600 family creates an extremely reliable robot.
Oxygen and Combustibles Analyzer
The Type SMA Smart Analyzer 90 is a microprocessor based industrial grade combustion analyzer that continuously samples and analyzes industrial flue gases (oxygen only or optional oxygen and combustibles). The analyzer is designed for use on gas, oil or coal fired combustion processes and has a high temperature operating range.Typical applications include those found in the utility and petrochemical industries.
RobotPress Synchronization
Mechanical and Hydraulic Presses With Robot-Press Synchronization, the robot follows the press movement, smoothly adapting its speed on-the-fly to optimize cycle time and minimize mechanical stresses. Benefits Best cycle time The robot always reaches position at the right moment. It never stops in front of the press. The improvement will be directly reflected by the productivity of the whole line. Estimated around 5 - 8 % of robot cycle time improvement. Easier programming No expertise needed for cycle time optimization. Optimization is done completely on-line, without stopping line production. Selectable “classical” control or sync control. Automatic adaptation The robot speed adapts perfectly to line cycle changes. Improved safety Due to reduced collision risk. Robot wait for a fixed sensor position to avoid movement transitories. Immediate detection of unexpected stops. Online supervision of robot position with respect to the press. Quick line restart after sync stop. Better maintainability Fewer corrective actions are needed. Less mechanical unit and electrical wear.

NDC Infrared Engineering Ltd
Model 300 Series Beta Transmission Sensors
The NDC Model 300 Beta Sensors are designed with accuracy, precision, and safety in mind. Their ultra-high efficiency detector allows them to outperform competitive sensors and an innovative detector design allows NDC to use lower activity sources. This design is safer to implement; and due to these sources' lower shielding requirements, we can provide a lighter weight sensor, thereby reducing long-term wear on the scanning equipment. Model 301 Strontium 90 sensor is used when a beta sensor is most applicable, and when the product weight range is from 100 to 5500 grams per square meter. Model 302 Krypton sensor is used when a beta sensor is most applicable, and when the product weight range is from 25 to 1200 grams per square meter.
Scanning Frames
Scanning Frames are a critical factor in making a profile measurement. If the material is not presented to the sensor in an accurate and repeatable way, you will not be able to get the most accurate and repeatable measurement. This is why NDC places emphasis on engineering and producing the most accurate scanning frames in the industry. Our scanning frames' registration performance, coupled with our sensors' accuracy and repeatability, give you the most accurate profile measuring tool available. The type of scanning frame required depends on the application: Single-sided Scanning Frames These are used with sensors measuring from one side of the moving web such as NIR, X-Ray or Gamma Backscatter Sensors. Dual-sided Scanning Frames These frames are installed for use with sensors measuring through the product or from both sides of the product such as NIR, X-Ray, or Beta Tranmission Sensors, as well as Laser Caliper Sensors.
Scanning Profile Systems
To meet the needs of the many different types of web processes, NDC has created a range of scanning system solutions which generate profile information by incorporating measurement data from the measurement sensors and positional data from the scanning frames. There is a wide choice of system configuration from single to multi-measurement scanning, with and without control. To facilitate the implementation of these systems and to provide maximum performance with greatest flexibility and convenience, NDC created its TDi (Total Distributed Intelligence) platform. In the TDi system platform, each sensor and scanning frame comes with its own built-in intelligence for higher speed and greater accuracy in measurement and superior connectivity. This distributed intelligence is achieved by a state-of-the-art processing engine called a D-BRIC. Each D-BRIC measures just 4” X 6” (10 cm x 15cm), yet is powerful enough to run an entire gauging system on its own. This dedicated processing engine turns a product measurement sensor into an iSensor™ (intelligent sensor) that independently performs all measurement tasks; in the same vein, each iFrame™ (intelligent frame) uses its D-BRIC to generate cross-web profiles, perform controls, and work with other iFrames to manage more complex processes. These iSensors and iFrames connect via standard Ethernet to form a network with intelligent operator workstations, thereby eliminating proprietary cabling, making TDI the least complex of any gauging system. The entire family of NDC sensors including Beta, Gamma, IR, Laser and X-Ray are supported as iSensors. The NDC MiniTrak single-sided and O-frame scanners as well as the high performance AccuTrak scanner are all supported as iFrames. What's more, all NDC legacy systems can be upgraded to take advantage of TDI’s simplicity and speed.
