These machines are purposely studied to shred thick materials and highly resistant to cut such as plastic blocks and sheets, various types of timber, paper, extruded polymer pipes, etc.

The flexibility of cncCUT fulfills every essential sheet metal working requirement a user might have. The software program can be installed on a standard commercially available PC, or directly on your cutting machine for viewing on its control panel. cncCUT is exceptionally user-friendly and exels in its functionality and ease of operation.
IBE Software is already working in partnership with reputable control panel manufacturers, who fully integrate the software with their machines. The control panel version can be used in different ways. The basic desktop version of cncCUT can be used on a control panel, or a touch-screen, as required. The goal: acceleration of the sheet metal industry's workflow from entry to production! Data recorded once in the construction phase (CAD; computer aided design) and administration phase (PPS; production planning and controlling systems) shall be made immediately available for the job preparation schedule. How can this goal be achieved? Our two standard products AV32 and ncCAD32, customisable for your company, bring the goal within reach.
AV32 and ncCAD32 form the integrating link between administration / construction and production in the sheet metal forming sector. This applies to NC (numerically controlled) programming as well as to the organisation of the job preparation schedule. The increase in the efficiencies of both factors gives the results you hope for. Statistically, the organisational aspect makes up at least 50 percent of the job compared to the NC-programming. Due to immediate availability of data (parts data, article data, appointments and CAD data) a crucial time-wasting intermediate step can be omitted. IBAK Well and borehole TV cameras are pressure-watertight axial or pan and rotate cameras. Various cable winches for cable lengths of up to 1000 m are available for different inspection depths. If longer cables are required, special solutions can be implemented with special winch models. With the larger cable winches such as KW 500 and KW 1000, the camera is positioned in the well by means of a 4-quadrant control system. To assure optimum picture quality, equalising amplifiers are used to process the video signal. Horizontal wells can also be inspected with IBAK Well TV Systems and special 4-wheel-drive camera tractors. Manual punching machine
The manual punching machine HP M 500 is suitable for those customers who have to produce prototypes and doesn't need any other equipment.
The big advantage of this machine, besides being at 30, 40 or 50 tonnes, is that of fitting different attacks such as Trumpf®, Rainer® or Fimm® type.
The first one is well-known for its exactness while the second one exploits the wide matrix that on the HP M500 can reach the 180mm. With these features the customer can make also holes of important dimensions with a single punch.

ICOS QUICK STEP
Windows-based IMA-control ICOS QUICK STEP - user -friendly user interface and fully automatic drilling and guideway optimisation.
The control is a high-performance, PC-based control system with integrated SPS. Operation is accomplished from a separate operator terminal via keyboard and mouse. In addition to the hardware components of the PC-system the ICOS QUICK STEP is also equipped with the newly-developed customised user interface, as well as a drilling and guideway optimisation, incl. collision control.
The industrial PC with 17'' TFT-screen offers almost unlimited memory capacity for individual panel programs.
The user interface is equipped with a simple, dialog-based panel programming and with clear tool data administration. Reporting system for operator and error messages is standard configuration, as well as data communication via fieldbus system, uninteruptable current supply (USV) and preparation for teleservice.
The drilling/guideway optimisation is a path/time optimisation of the supports and the processing units. The processing steps can be represented during programming.
