KOCH blister packaging line KBS-PL
The Koch blister packaging line KBS-PL is the high capacity blister line for high quantities of equal or similar products.
The blister film is guided through the forming station. The film with the finished blisters is cut after forming in longitudinal and transversal direction. The finished blisters are inserted into the pallets by grippers or suckers.
On the inserting section the products are loaded manually or automatically into the blisters. Then the cover card is fed by the integrated card loader. Afterwards the cover film is sealed onto the blister in the sealing station.

KOCH Carton formers
The KOCH carton formers are employed for production of a huge number of varying boxes by application of a stamped carton blank made of solid fibre board or corrugated cardboard. The carton blank is picked out of a magazine by vacuum suckers. Afterwards the carton blank is placed into guide rails. Horizontal, oblique or pallet magazines are available depending on demand. Individual tracks or dots of hot glue are applied on the glued joints during feed via forming tool.
After reaching the stopper the carton blank is pressed through the forming tool by a forming tappet, moulded in and glued together. The finished boxes are transported out of the machine via outfeed conveyor belt rising laterally or frontally out of the machine. The glue tracks are controlled via machine control. The adjustments for different formats can be entered directly on the user interface. Furthermore it is possible to employ crimp tools to form the carton blanks without using hot glue.
Advantages of this machine technology
Different sizes and performance ranges allow the optimal selection of a carton former depending on particular demand.
Change of forming tools is not required, because the tools are equipped with adjustable spindles. Only the forming tappet must be changed.

Stationary processing plant - disused landfill site recycling
Available landfill site space is becoming increasingly scarce as new licenses for operating land fill sites are only issued by the responsible approving authorities on a very restrictive basis for environmental protection reasons. This forces many owner/operators to remove the materials still contained in already deposited wastes and then reuse or recycle them. In this way new landfill sites are created.
Processing of these disused landfill materials, most of which only contain low mineral fractions and can therefore be very cohesive, requires a high level of technical expertise in the selection of the individual process components.

Calibration sanding with highest machine precision
Steel calibration drums (rollers) are the premise for a uniform surface during the calibrating process. In contrast to rubber rollers the steel rollers avoid the so-called "washed-out" effects when processing soft woods. The calibrating machines from Heesemann are equipped with rollers at an optimized diameter ensuring a good stock removal through a wide opening of the sanding belt. The precise guiding of the workpiece is ensured by press-on lips in front of and behind every roller sanding unit. In order to guarantee a very calm running of the rollers they are balanced very precisely. The exact thickness measuring of the machine is realized through precise and solid worm gears. In order to get the correct final thickness of the workpieces when using different sanding papers with corresponding grits and therefore paper thicknesses it is possible to integrate a mechanical sanding belt grit compensation device. The adjustment of several calibrating sanding units to each other is realized from the terminal by means of numerically controlled positioning drives. The following fine sanding process can be realized with cross- and longitudinal sanding units each with segmented pressure beams. | | |

Graphic Operation Terminal with Touch Screen
For years Heesemann has been following a clear and easy concept of operating for their sanding machines. A start button for automatic starting of the machine, a stop button and an emergency stop button are all switch elements the operator needs. In addition a graphic operation terminal for adjusting the parameters offers access to all functions of the machine. After finding the correct adjustment it can be saved as a programme in the memory and is easily available for future use.
For the standard machines two operation terminals with different performances are available.

Low noise level of the sanding units
The sanding units of a Heesemann machine achieve a very low noise level by using a ripped belt for the drive. These ripped belts are working almost free of vibration compared to individual v-belts. By driving the two lower drums of the sanding unit at a synchronised speed the sanding unit is able to transmit a high power rate with low sanding belt tension. This enables the pressure beam to compensate big tolerances and gives the sanding paper the capability to adapt itself to bended workpieces and such with tolerances in thickness. Exactly balanced drums are positively affecting the noise emission. | | |

Due to the sanding direction of the cross belt 90 ° to the veneer or grain direction the fibres are cut against the edges of the pores. Therefore, a rising up of these fibres after the lacquering process is avoided. The cross belt produces homogenous surfaces giving an important pre-condition for thin lacquering. Additionally the so-called washed - out effects when soft woods with different annual rings are processed can be avoided. This picture often appears when only longitudinal sanding units are used for the processing of these wood types.

Innofill DPG is the pneumatically controlled pressure filling system with return gas tubes for filling widest range of beverages in glass or PET bottles.
All valve functions are pneumatically controlled, guaranteeing fast and simple setting-up of the filling zones. The filling level is determined by the length of the return gas tube.
Regarding hygiene: This is achieved almost single-handedly by the non-existence of mechanical control elements for controlling the filling valve.
This results in a smooth, attachment-free external ring bowl surface that can be cleaned very quickly and effectively.
The single-chamber pressure filling system impresses due to not only low maintenance effort and high system availability, but also allows quick and easy conversion to other bottles, thanks to the quick-change return gas tube.

Single-chamber flooding plant for hydrocarbons
The production series RCTS is a closed full-vacuum plant for all the marketable hydrocarbon cleaners and modified alcohols.
The complete plant system is operated under vacuum thus enabling the cleaning to be effected with the respective product beyond its flash point.
As a result, optimum cleaning and drying results are achieved.
During the manufacturing process of the cleaning plant the certificated helium-test is made in order to verify the imperviousness of the system and when the plant is in operation the tightness is constantly checked by means of the permanent vacuum.
The energy required for the conditioning of the cleaning agent by distillation is used several times due to heat recycling resulting in minimum operating expenses.
The plants are operated without cooling water in standard design and as an option they can also be designed to be operated with cooling water.

The BeachTech 2000, with its 1800mm working width, is the smallest of the three BeachTech tow-behind beach cleaners. The BT 2000, as with all BeachTech product lines, features our patented raking and screening cleaning system, which is referred to as the mixed-technique for beach cleaning. By raking and screening your surface area, you are guaranteed the most efficient and economic beach cleaning available, a cleaning that will even surpass your guests' expectations.
The BeachTech 2000 can clean an area of 20,000 square meters per hour in dry sand and 8,500 square meters per hour in wet sand. The cleaning technique can be adjusted from inside the tractor and without interrupting the cleaning process. With its handy dimensions, the BeachTech 2000 can easily pass through tight passageways and across smaller parts of the beach. The waste can be emptied from the hopper directly into a refuse collector or truck (height to empty hopper: 2.60 m).
The robust overall design stands up easily to the demands placed on it by the effects of salt water, humid air and other ocean conditions. BeachTech 2800
High-tech beach cleaning
The BeachTech 2800, developed from extensive research with the many municipalities, combines the area efficiency of the BeachTech 3000 with the maneuverability of the smaller BeachTech 2000, making the BeachTech 2800 the most efficient, high-tech beach cleaner at its price point.
As with all BeachTech models, the BeachTech 2800 features the patented raking, screening and combined cleaning technique as well as the galvanized components, 2-part acrylic paint and stainless steel hydraulic pipes, protecting the machine from the ocean elements. The BeachTech 2800 pick-up and screening belt motors have more torque resulting in 20% more power and allowing for a more efficient screening through the 6 square meters of screening mesh.

The BeachTech Marina is self-propelled using a 42hp turbo diesel engine with hydrostatic all-wheel-drive articulated front and rear wheel steering. This steering design gives the BeachTech Marina a short turning radius of 1.7 meters, so it can easily clean around most any object on the beach. A new hydraulically adjustable finisher follows the cleaned track in around every curve, for an ascetically pleasing groomed surface.
