Q-Bag is far more advantageous when it is fully loaded since it keeps its original shape, being more cubical or rectangular rather than cylindrical.
As a result, Q-Bag has gained in importance and its usage and production have greatly increased. Due to the fact that Q-Bag has plain sides, when they are arranged side by side, there are no gaps. This is why it is possible to transport and stock more product by using Q-Bags instead of standard big bags.
So, for the same container space, it is possible to transport and stock 16-23% more product with a Q-Bag than a conventional one. .

Scanner systems LUXSCAN Combi-Scan - the allrounder with Multi-Scan-Technology for the automatic image grabbing and processing of the timber surface
Combi-Scan C200/C400 is a 4 side-scanner, providing a high level of defect detection and / or colors inspection. This system is based on 4 multi-scan cameras for defect detection, upgradable with 2 or 4 colors cameras for color inspection.
Combi-Scan C200 may be integrated in line with the OptiCut due to the intelligent feedsystem VarioSpeed, or with a cross buffer, to feed up to 4 highspeed OptiCut.
Random width board scanning is possible in real time. For handling random width boards, Combi-Scan C200/C400/C600 measures the board width before scanning. This enables fast automatic positioning of top-bottom cameras as well as one side camera in real time.
The benefits of the scanner include decreased labor costs, increased yield, high productivity and consistent throughput. Moreover, you gain flexibility since the cutting / grading rules can be quickly and easily modified.
The scanner can be integrated with existing OptiCut built on or after 1997.

This flow passes through separators (High pressure water/steam separators) and flushers (Low-pressure water/steam separators) as part of the process that separates the steam from the high-temperature water. The clean steam produced at this stage is sent to the turbine and the geothermal heat energy is converted into electric power. This electric power is delivered by means of power transmission lines to power consumers. The used steam that flows from the turbine is cooled in a condenser and converted to warm water. This warm water is further cooled in a cooling tower and is returned for cooling use to the condenser.
