Thrust cylindrical roller bearings are of the rigid, load-bearing type which is not susceptible to shocks. The bearings accept very high forces in one axial direction; however, no radial forces, and their angle cannot be adjusted.
Thrust cylindrical roller bearings can be dismantled. They consist of thrustl cylindrical roller flange, shaft washer and housing washer.
The bearings of series 811, 812 are single-row types and comply with DIN 722/ISO 104.
Cages
The standard design of thrust cylindrical roller bearings is provided with a solid brass cage which is supported by the rollers. Other cage designs are available on request.

Sollcodrop®
Sollcodrop® is the name for a moulding system for all types of chocolate, fat, sugar or dough type materials in fluid state, producing precise shapes and accurate volumes. The moulded product is deposited onto endles plastic or steel belts. Working widths from 300 to 1300 mm are suitable from average to high outputs.
Sollcodrop® is eminently universally adjustable. The moulding drum is easily exchanged when there is a change of product or shape. The plant is suitable for small 0.1 g drops up to quite large tablets in a great number of different shapes up to 5 mm in height.
The shape and the size of the product are determined by the forming drum. From the smallest chocolate chip weighing 0.1 g to a little bar of say 50 mm in length or diameter, these can all be made with Sollcodrop®.
You can simultaneously produce several product shapes next to one another, such that you manufacture a product assortment. Changing size is simple, as the forming roller is easily exchanged.

How the Single Piston Pump works:
With the slide valve in the closed position, the piston reverses, thus inducing a vacuum in the cylinder liner.
Following the retraction of the piston out of the cylindrical portion of the liner, an implosion occurs, causing the medium to be transferred from the inlet to the cylinder liner.
The piston moves forward and thereby closes off the cylindrical portion of the liner. Subsequently any debris left between the piston and the edge of the cylinder liner is sheared off.
The slide valve opens and maintains a continued forward stroke of the piston, causing the medium with contaminants to be moved into the service pipe.
Following completion of the stroke the valve closes and scrapes the pump media from the front of the piston. | | |

Installation Fanged elevator bolts and nylon insert lock nuts are recommended for installation. Flat steel washers must be placed inside the bucket under the nuts ! Check leg for proper clearances, as non-metallic buckets may have a greater projection than steel buckets.
FDA Status Polyethylene used meets the requirements for food handling.
UV Resistance No UV ( ultraviolet ) stabilizers are added to the buckets because most elevator buckets are enclosed in casings. The buckets should not be exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods.
Recommendations Polyethylene buckets are ideal for use with grains, feeds, fertilizers, seeds, food products, chemicals, salt and most free flowing agricultural products handled in bucket elevators.
Limitations Polyethylene buckets should not be used on the following:
Material over 93° C
Sharp edged materials such as crushed glass or oyster shells
Large dense materials such as gravel and ores over 10 mm diameter.
A few extremely abrasive and sluggish materials such as dried whey, some pellets and extruded feeds.
Some severe soybean and rice applications.
Caution Welding and cutting on grain elevator legs without taking proper precautions is extremely dangerous and can cause a violent explosion. Polyethylene buckets can be ignited and will burn from improper weldingand cutting. Combustion can produce intense heat, dense smoke and toxic gases.
Important When elevating certain materials that harden or set up with moisture, a steel digger bucket should replace every 10. polyethylene bucket.

Complex palette warehouses with fully-automatic conveyor and warehouse technology only work properly with undamaged palette. Faulty, defective or even incomplete transport units interfere with or even interrupt the material flow in the worst-case, and therefore affect the availability of the complete logistics area.
The higher the demands on an uninterrupted material flow, the better must be the quality of the palettes used in the warehouse. The dimensional stability and the mechanical properties of the wooden palettes must comply with the highest standards.
More than 20 % of all Euro-palettes are faulty!
Many of the Euro-palettes left by hauliers or suppliers, which then enter the material flow, do not comply with these strict quality requirements. Broken planks at the top or bottom, projecting nails or missing spacer blocks clearly indicate why Euro-palettes must be checked to ensure that they are in good condition before use.
SIVAplan offers modular and extendable systems for the visual and electro-mechanical quality checking of palettes. The range includes both integratable individual modules as well as complex complete systems, together with the corresponding conveyor technology.
The design and function of the palette checking systems from SIVAplan are based on the application- and customer-specific requirements, and can be integrated easily into existing transport and conveyor systems, including those supplied by other manufacturers. Vacuum, gripper, and lifting heads

Seamless tube plants (cold)
Cold pilger mills are used for the reduction of tubular products of all ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Beside the classic applications for bearing tubes, stainless steel tubes and copper tubes, tubes of nickel-based alloys, high-strength special metals, titanium and zirconium alloys are also produced. High reductions, simultaneously of the diameter and the wall thickness, are performed at a superior quality level.
The reduction ratios reach more than 90% in the case of copper and some of its alloys, austenitic stainless steels and some nickel alloys, and even the brittle bearing steels are reduced by around 70%.
The various mill types cover the diameter range from 4 to 280 mm and diameter-to-wall ratios of between 40:1 to 3:1.

The STA DPS system is a plate phase separator for static separation of two fluid phases which differ in density by at least 5% (e.g. coolant lubricant emulsion and hydraulic oil). Using gravitation (sinking of the heavy phase) and coalescence (merging of droplets), the light phase is made to float when flowing through the unit, and continually runs off.
Plate phase separators are used more and more frequently on account of increasing requirements regarding purity of industrial fluids, e.g. the separation of mineral oils from waste water, emulsions and degreasing baths. They can be operated with very low operating costs and can be used universally.
DPS systems are made of stainless steel and are thus suitable even for hot and aggressive fluids (pH 3.5 -14, Tmax=90° C).
On account of their automatic level monitoring, they are designed for unattended operation, and comply with the specifications of the German Water Resources Act (WHG, Para. 19). They are available with heat insulation or with heater.

The automatically draining centrifugal separators of the A series achieve optimum filter fineness even with a high quantity of sludge. Up to 50 kg per hour can be discharged, depending on the type of sludge. The separated sludge has lower residual moisture.

NZ-50 SERIES:
The NZ-50 centrifugal separator is suitable for tasks involving low volume flows and solid quantities. Sludge is drained manually.
The compact design allows easy integration in production systems, for example on machining centres.
Thanks to special materials, use in aggressive media (90° C, pH 1-14) is also possible.
Application: Fine cleaning of coolant lubricant emulsions and oils, surface treatment baths, washing or vibratory grinding fluids, etc.
