Deflashing of IMD and Hot Stamped Parts For the surface cleaning of flat or slightly rounded shapes up to 200 mm in width, Kist provides an easily adapted standard machine: the Cleanmaster. It is adjusted individually to the shape of each component using only the product carrier and system controls (cleaning parameters such as the brush rotation speed, height adjustment of brush, etc.). The Cleanmaster was developed specially for removing flakes, production particles, dust etc. in a manner that protects the product surface. Using a special cleaning head which combines electrostatic discharging with cleaning using the brush and air pressure. This thorough, gentle cleaning makes the Cleanmaster very good for cleaning decorative elements, such as plastic parts produced using IMD or hot stamping. In contrast with the Cleanmaster 200, the Cleanmaster 400 has two carriages which work independently of one another, so that several components can be cleaned at once.

Cleaning of Trays, Plastic Sheets, Circuit Boards Kist provides an easily-adaptable surface cleaning system for highly sensitive flat or slightly moulded shapes with a large surface area: the machines in the Traymaster line. For most applications, adaptation is carried out entirely by means of the systems control in the setup system, i.e. no structural adjustments are required. This saves time and money at start-up. The non-contact cleaning method using a pulsating whirl of air means that the Traymaster works in a manner which is as gentle on the surface as possible. The high level of cleaning comes from the combination of electrostatic discharging and cleaning air. Discharging eliminates the electrostatic forces between the particles and the surface to be cleaned, meaning that particles of dust and dirt can be removed completely. The machines in the Traymaster line are thus extremely well-suited to the cleaning of trays (filled or unfilled), plastic sheets, circuit boards or comparable components up to 600 mm wide (Traymaster 800 : 800 mm wide). The pulsating whirl of air means the Traymaster machines can clean smooth or structured surfaces.

The universal hand-work place This compact surface-cleaning-unit allows virtually all components to be manually cleaned using a dry process without any prior knowledge or experience being required. The Unimaster is equipped with a cleaning head which neutralises any electrostatic charge on the surface of the component and removes any dust and dirt particles or production residues using a highly effective pulsating air stream, the “TAIFUN-CLEAN” System. There is no surface contact during cleaning. The particles are fed to the filter unit using a suction unit. Cleaning time and/or intensity corresponds to the component geometry and the degree of contamination. Individual adjustments are not necessary. An ergonomic design, lamp, adjustable height, guard for rotating parts, filter control and automatic cleaning start make the Unimaster into a compact system. The closed cleaning circuit ensures that no contaminated particles can escape into the surrounding area. The Kist Maschinenbau Unimaster hand-work place is available in several versions.
