So Far So Good
So far we've only had English ads, so this will certainly increase the coverage. The CEE service so far has been good. Just how many leads it will ultimately provide us with of course remains to be seen. The ten languages are definitely a plus.

Gasmet Technologies Oy is a leading supplier of gas analysers which are designed to be used in demanding industrial and environmental applications such as stack testing and continuous emissions monitoring(cem)
Gasmet™ Gas Analyzers utilize the exceptional speed and specificity of FTIR spectroscopy. Specifically designed for industrial and environmental applications, Gasmet™ Gas Analyzers offer reliable and cost effective operation. Gasmet™ Gas Analyzers are manufactured and developed by Gasmet Technologies, a global leader in providing proven solutions for complex and demanding gas analysis applications. On-Site analyzers are portable monitors that can be easily transported to the point of measurement thus simplifying and speeding up the measurement campaign. These analyzers are normally used in very demanding industrial environments.

 | Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems The Gasmet™ CEMS is designed for continuous emissions monitoring measurements (CEM) and for continuous process monitoring. Measured components and calibration ranges can be changed according to application. Typical application areas include continuous emissions monitoring in Waste Incinerators and in Cement Kilns. The Gasmet™ CEMS can be easily configured for any new applications.
The Gasmet™ CEMS is used for on-line continuous measurements. It is an ideal tool to use for measuring trace concentrations of pollutants in wet, corrosive gas streams. All parts of the Gasmet™ CEMS can be heated up to 180 ºC. It can be used for undiluted gases and the sample gases do not need drying beforehand.
The Gasmet™ CEMS consists of Gasmet™ FTIR Gas Analyser, Gasmet™ PC and Gasmet™ Sampling System. As an option the system can be equipped with the Gasmet™ Oxygen analyser. Alternatively, the Gasmet™ FTIR gas analyzer can also be equipped with a TDL (Tunable Diode Laser) O2 - measurement module. All parts of the system are 19” rack mounted and are installed on pull-out shelves. The Gasmet™ CEMS includes all power connections and temperature controllers for heated lines and heated sample probe. The operation of the system is fully automatic and controlled by the Calcmet™ software. Additionally, all functions of the Gasmet™ CEMS can also be used manually.
Gasmet™ PC and Calcmet™ application software controls the CEMS. The measuring data can be transferred from the PC to the Control room with digital outputs or analog outputs. The alarms are transferred with relay contacts. The Gasmet™ CEMS provides comprehensive alarms and safety functions. If any of the critical alarms is activated, the zero gas starts to flow automatically into the sample cell to prevent condensation in the sample cell.
Gasmet™ CEMS is installed into air conditioned with a compressor-cooling unit or Vortex cooling. Additional features of the Gasmet™ CEMS include multipoint Sampling and automated Span Checks. Gasmet™ CEMS is also supported by full remote control via a modem.
The Gasmet™ CEMS have both TÜV and MCERTS approvals and they also meet requirements of the new European Standard Quality Assurance of Automated Measuring Systems (EN 14181). Gasmet™ CEMS can optionally also be supplied to Ex Zone I – specification.
| | FTIR Gas Analyzers Gasmet™ Gas Analyzers have been successfully used in a variety of different applications. Many of these applications represent real challenges from the analytical perspective as the gas compounds and matrices of the sample gas differ significantly from case to case. The Gasmet™ FTIR gas analyzers can measure both organic and inorganic gases. Up to 50 different gases can be measured simultaneously with just single Gasmet™ analyzer.
One Gasmet™ FTIR Gas Analyzer can effectively replace several traditional analyzers that only measure one or two gas compounds:
easier and faster set-up
higher reliability
straightforward calibration procedure (no span calibrations required)
better selectivity
identification of unknown components
Gasmet™ on-site
Designed for mobility, these portable analyzers are easy to transport to any measurement site. For both ambient & emissions monitoring applications.
Gasmet™ on-line
A complete line of 19´´ rack mounted analyzers for quality control and process and emission monitoring..
Gasmet™ in-lab
State-of-the-art instrumentation for high speed, high-sensitivity gas analysis, for example engine exhausts monitoring.
Gasmet™ In-Situ
The in-situ FTIR – analyzer. For process gas & emissions monitoring applications.

The Gasmet™ Oxygen Analyser utilizes a ZrO2 (Zirconia) measurement cell that is manufactured by Enotec GmbH. The Gasmet™ Oxygen analyser has been designed to complement the Gasmet™ FTIR – analysers in emissions measurements. The results are shown on the same Calcmet™ software interface as those of the Gasmet™ FTIR – analyser.

Calcmet™ — From Spectrum to Results
The advanced, easy-to-use Calcmet™ software provides outstanding analytical performance. Calcmet™ analyzes the sample spectrum using sophisticated and patent protected multicomponent algorithms. The Calcmet™ is capable of simultaneous detection, identification and quantification of up to 50 different gas components. The software is also designed for easy and efficient processing of the results.
Since water content of the sample gas is continuously measured with the Gasmet™, the results can be reported on either a “wet” or “dry” basis. The results can also be compensated for the correct oxygen levels.
The Gasmet™ measures both organic and inorganic gases in concentrations from low ppm’s up to several percents. Cross interference effects are compensated for and analysis accuracy is maintained even when analyzing complex gas mixtures where there is a possibility of spectral overlapping.
Accurate results are available within seconds. Since the sample spectra are stored as separate files on an external computer, they can be easily re-analyzed with different analysis settings even after years. The Calcmet™ software also allows the identification of previously unknown components – a feature that has often shown its value in process control, for example.
For more information on the available versions of Calcmet™, please see the technical data sheets.
