Although atmospheric pollution has become a widespread concern only in recent years, Gasparini has always worked in respect of the environment. For example, it was one of the first companies in to use special water based paints and steam machines to clean and degrease metals, instead of common chemical products. In addition to this small but important aspect, Gasparini has always complied with the laws to safeguard the environment, and developed its production systems in scrupulous respect of those rules.

The CO range of hydraulic guillotine shears covers models from 4 to 30 mm in thickness, from 2 m to 10 m in length. Structural oversizing and the particular features of the blade interspacing patent guarantee high precision and repeatability over time.  | LASER CUTTING MACHINE The use of linear motor technology, combined with high-stiffness structures, guarantees excellent performance, high speeds and maximum accelerations of the horizontal axes (300 m/min and 3 g interpolated). It also provides for enhanced precise positioning, as well as rapid changes of direction. This enhanced combination of technologies offers in particular the possibility of using the maximum cutting speed for curved cutting paths, without the loss of cutting precision. These high-yield linear motors guarantee reliability and precision, in the absence of mechanical wear and play, increasing the strength and reliability over the life of the machine, thereby drastically reducing maintenance time and work. Moreover, the use of controls with recovery of the braking energy reduces the consumption of electricity until 30% and reduces the operating costs of the machine. Gasparini has chosen to use a geometrical configuration with an auxiliary axis to control beam length compensation: it is a reliable solution which ensures exceptional consistency of the cutting characteristics across the full working area of the machine. The system is based on a structure designed with high stability, thanks to the use of welded steel structures, thermally stabilised and processed in a single session. The high speed Cutting Head incorporates motorized adjustment of the focal length and a Precitec Lasermatic Capacitive Height Sensing System. This system is complete with electronics Model SC802.
