The pipe cutting devices

Portable flame cutting technology from ZINSER for simultaneous cutting and chamfering of steel pipes ZINSER pipe cutting devices (RSV-0, 1, 2, 3) The pipe cutting devices are designed to be fitted onto an endless pipe. With the fast clamping device the pipe cutting device can be clamped at any position on the pipe. The movement around the pipe is achieved by the means of 2 hand cranks and 4 wheels. The hand cranks are fitted for the operator not to have to change his position when the pipe is being cut. The cutting torch can be swivelled by ± 45° and is equipped with a horizontal and vertical adjustment (2 coordinates slide). Instead of the manual drive by means of hand cranks an electric drive with spur gear and infinitely variable speed control is also available.
