Herrmann Ultrasonics offers highly advanced, patented ultrasonic welding technology, developed specifically for packaging applications.
Patented Twin Converter technology for long joints.This technology is particularly well suited for long seams. Two converters are mounted onto one weld horn, which allows the manufacturing of larger weld horns without compromising performance. The amplitude is evenly distributed across the face of the weld horn, and material stress is reduced, extending the tool life.

This will reduce the design to a minimum, and give the customer a precisely customized solution based on standard components.
