MHG Heiztechnik is one of Germany 's leading providers of sophisticated heating systems and components for oil, gas and solar heating. With top-class heating products, we offer our national and international customers a wide-ranging programme for the ultimate in cosy warmth, convenience and reliability. At the same time MHG's modern premium heating technology, with its optimum use of energy, offers every householder and plant operator particularly low heating costs, and contributes to the protection of the environment.
MHG Heiztechnik is a long-established Hamburg company, with decades of tradition. Emerging from MAN Heiztechnik GmbH, we have been an owner-operated company since October 2005. In Haspa Beteiligungsgesellschaft für den Mittelstand we have a financially powerful, far-sighted partner at our side, whose parent company, Hamburger Sparkasse, with its balance sheet total of EUR 31 billion in 2004, is Germany 's biggest savings bank.
We have a widespread network of our own offices for service and sales in Germany , as well as through sales representatives. Intensive advice and support for our partners in the heating installation industry are thus ensured.
In addition to Germany, MHG Heiztechnik also sells its products in over 35 markets, such as Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Belgium, France, Great Britain, Ireland, China and Eastern Europe.
The product range includes:
- Oil units with blue flame burners in the output range from 15 to 90 kW.
- Oil condensing boiler units with blue flame burners in the output range from 15 to 27 kW.
- Gas units in the output range from 15 to 82 kW.
- Gas condensing boiler units in wall-mounted and floor-standing designs, in the output range from 3 to 1,675 kW.
- Blue flame burners (Raketenbrenner® [Rocket Burners]) for boiler outputs from 15 to 315 kW for operation with heating oil.
- Yellow flame burners for boiler outputs from 13 to 1,450 kW for operation with heating oil.
- Forced air gas burners for boiler outputs of 13 to 1,450 kW.
- Thermal solar systems with high-performance flat collectors and high-tech tube collectors.
- Hot water storage tanks, holding between 150 and 500 litres.
- Plastic exhaust systems
The products are developed on MHG's own test rig and for the most part produced at the parent factory in Hamburg . They only leave the works after they have passed the heating test.
Our company is certified by Germanisch Lloyd in accordance with DIN ISO 9001:2000, and operates systematic quality management on this basis.

The space-saving ProCon devices can be installed practically anywhere in the house - this is made possible by their attractive design and in particular by their low-noise operation. Particularly low heating costs as a result of low fuel consumption with a high standard performance level. High-performance, stainless steel heat exchangers guarantee high reliability and long service life. Particularly cost-effective maintenance as a result of easily accessible construction. The option of using inexpensive and at the same time high-quality plastic exhaust systems, cost-effective flue renovation. Modern, appealing design Integrated, calorifically optimised, convenient control system, extremely simple adjustment and operation The ProCon GWB 25 S and the ProCon GWB 45 S offer the ultimate in hot water luxury, with an integrated plate heat exchanger and a three-way changeover valve for heating drinking water by the continuous flow principle. Extremely flexible adaptation to all types of heating requirements: The ProCon GWB 25 S modulates between 6.3 and 24.2 kW. In its 45 S version, the gas condensing boiler covers an output range from 11.7 to 43.5 kW. At 15 l/ min (25 S) or 20 l/ min (45 S), the ProCon delivers the ultimate hot-water output, continuously heating drinking water from 10 °C to 40 °C. Design and technology in perfect harmony: You can choose between a wall-mounted THERAMAT EMW hot water storage tank, holding 60 litres, and a floor-standing THERAMAT EMT hot water storage tank with a capacity of 120 litres. ProCon Plus: The highlight: The Plus version minimises consumption through the use of modulating pumps. The modulating pumps ensure that only the amount of water that is actually required flows into the heating system – a requirement for keeping heating costs as low as possible on a long-term basis. Lower power consumption than conventional pumps ProCon Kompakt: Combination of a gas condensing boiler and an 80-litre stratified hot water storage tank. Infinitely variable modulation between 6.5 and 25 kW. High energy efficiency along with the ultimate in hot-water luxury. The appliance is supplied entirely preassembled, and takes no time at all to install. Especially simple, clearly accessible construction, for convenient operation and time-saving maintenance. Tailor-made hot water luxury: In the MHG heating technology range you will find a large number of other THERAMAT enamelled or stainless steel hot water storage tanks, holding up to 500 litres. All the devices in the ProCon family can be combined perfectly with our SOLARMAT thermal solar energy systems for further heating cost savings. |
