Injection & Blow Moulding - Introduction
For the injection and blow moulding processes, Piovan proposes a complete range of auxiliary equipment, which allows a technically perfect and high quality production to be obtained as the final result.
Piovan equipment is developed to satisfy all specific requirements of these processes, in terms of the polymers treated, final application of the piece and integration with injection and blow moulding machines.
Piovan ’s experience is wide and has established itself over time; it can boast installations in various sectors, such as automotive, medical, electronic and phone, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, household etc.
 | Granulators RN 20 Series RN 20 Series low speed granulators, characterised by a 200 mm diameter with multiple staggered blades and 300 and 450 mm length. A version with open rotor for the recovery of blow moulded sprues is also available. |  | Granulators RSP 15 Series Designed for recovery of defective pieces and sprues in a closed circuit beside the injection moulding machines. Rotor with a 150 mm diameter and length ranging from 150 mm to 375 mm, with multiple staggered knives featuring scissor-like cutting action. |  | Gravimetric Blenders MDW Series The Piovan MDW Series batch gravimetric blenders are ideally suited for application on injection moulding machines, blow moulding machines and extruders.
