Energy & climate

Reduction of the use of energy is a much discussed item today. The first step is to prepare an energy assessment. Hifab has leading edge in the field of energy and climate and assist in achieving a more efficient use of energy in public premises, privately owned properties, and plants.

Environment

Hifab and Envipro jointly have the required competence in the environmental aspects of buildings, land, water, sediment and deposits, as well as in management issues and management systems in the construction, plant and real estate areas. In consultation with our customers we deliver environmental competence and environmental counselling to ensure the appropriate quality of the projects.

Industrial projects

Hifab is traditionally participating in investment projects for the heavy industry. Hifab acts as project managers and provides support from the initial idea to the finished product. In industrial projects we are generally participating in the governing segment, such as company managements, project managements or organisations for construction management. The requirements for production efficiency and quality assurance are stronger today then ever before.Each investment in a new product, a new production method or production line requires an optimal technical solution to become, and remain, profitable. To most industrial or processing companies it is crucial for their competitiveness to minimise lead times, to utilise capacity in full and to minimise error tolerance. Hifab’s consultants map the production requirements and find the solutions required for each separate project, leading the development towards full profitability for the customer. A well-planned and well implemented project reduces the risk of industrial production stop or changeover time.
