It is characterised by an especially simple construction and a particularly low weight.
The 6 m wide model for example weights less than 1600 kg. Its cross-section is designed in such a way that it always adapts optimally to the road-surface. Besides it has a snow shield that still functions at high clearing speed. Of course it is also equipped with the approved trip edge system operating on two rubber-sprung elements (only available at ZAUGG), which protects the plough and the vehicle against damages even at high clearing speed, this in particular thanks to its small measures.
|  | Ice mill EG 20 Vario The ZAUGG Ice mills are designed for use on highly iced roads, pavements and open lots. They easily cut their way through up to 10 cm thick ice layers, or can be used to roughen up iced areas making them passable.
The cutting width is variable and can be adjusted.

Description:
Steady tubular construction, mounting on VSS-A-plate, actuated by power take-off shaft or hydraulic system (min. 110 l/min. at 180 bars), mowing plate driven by toothed belts, good visibility in working and travelling position, controlled by proportional valve with 2 Joysticks, economic cutting knife, change-over system for right or left travelling gear, excellent mowing capacity at average motor speed, low-noise and few fuel consumption.
Hydraulic adjustment: traversing 60 cm, height 65 cm, lateral inclination, spreading of mowing plates, single-operator control.
