	CNC turning-lathes The TNC series with linear guideways provides a high quality basic execution at an attractive price. The Fanuc 0i-TC CNC control with the interactive shop floor programming system Manual Guide i in combination with a 10.4" color screen and manual tool probing guarantee high productivity. The tailstock, a 10 bar coolant system, a 10-fold VDI 30 tool turret and a high quality Kitagawa chuck are included in the standard execution. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with driven tools and a bar feeder.
	Horizontal pick-up turning-lathes Short idle times and low production costs can only be achieved with fast automation of component handling. With the Horizontal-CNC-Lathe MHC Pick-Up and the Vertical CNC-Turning-Lathe MVC PickUp Monforts presents two solutions to meet the market requirements, for all kinds of series productions.
	KNC CycleTurn - Universal Turning Lathes The Monforts machines of the KNC-series are operated conventionally as well as by NC-control. The operator determines how he wants to work with the machine, whether with the handwheel, the joystick switch or keyed inputs.
	Modular high performance CNC-turning-lathes The MNC is a heavy duty turning lathe for machining with upper and lower (option) 12-fold turrets. Driven tools permit the machining of eccentric bores, threads or milled faces. The second side of the workpiece can be machined by means of the sub-spindle in the true sense of complete machining.
	Modular high-performance CNC-turn-mill-centers The UniCen is a turning and milling center with integrated B-axis where all requirements for complete machining have already been implemented: turning, milling, drilling and thread-cutting all on one machine. The workpiece is loaded on one machine only and can then be finished completely. With up to five interpolating axes even complex free form faces can be machined.
	The high-performance turning-lathes The RNC-line suits almost every requirement. Y-axes, precision parts for hard-turning, automatic loading- and unloading units as well as post-process gauging stations are available. The spectrum covers turning lengths from 600 mm up to 1500 mm and swing diameters from 420 mm up to 720 mm. Naturally all aspects of safety at work and ergonomics are taken into account.
	Twin-spindle CNC turning-lathes The Monforts DNC-Line with two turrets and two spindles is a successful integration of two high performance machines in a single machine concept. The main spindles move in Z-axis, automatically transferring the workpieces from the right to the left spindle.
