Founded in October 1949, Rurex-Stahl Dr.Otto Kukla GmbH is celebrating in 1999 its 50th anniversary.
Starting as a trading company in special stainless steel, RUREX-Stahl today is a world wide operating manufacturer for the glass industry.
With approx. 20 employees on two sites (Erkrath – near Düsseldorf and Gelsenkirchen) the turnover in 1998 was 3,5 million EURO.
The export rate was more than 70% in 1998 (more than 50% in non EU countries).
