 | Dynamic and fatigue test system Vibrophores
For fatigue testing of materials or components by applying sinusoid loads Zwick Vibrophores offer an economical alternative using the resonance principle with constant or variable amplitude and mean load.
The Zwick vibrophores combine a maintenance-free system with maximum testing speed at minimum energy requirements.
The wide range of nominal loads (from 5 to 500 kN) enables the widest variety of dynamic tests according to the resonance principle.
With suitable add-ons, testing can be carried out under different environmental conditions (temperature, aggressive media), or torsion or bending tests can be performed. Testing can be performed either force controlled or strain controlled. And, of course, testXpert® will support you with harmonized standard and master test programs. | | Hardness tester Zwick ZHU2.5/Z2.5 : The most Universal Hardness Tester of the World
The ZHU2.5/Z2.5 is the most versatile all-round hardness tester the world has ever seen. It is based on a materials testing machine type "zwicki": Simply mount the hardness measurement head. The hardness measurement head is constructed so that it can be used with all Zwick materials testing machines, and for automation. Equipped with other tools or grips, this modular test system is also suitable for tensile, compression and flexure tests.
testXpert® is also utilized as the test software. A cost-optimized supplement has been developed solely for optical hardness test methods.
Integrated in the hardness measurement head are a digital travel measurement system, a load cell and an
interchangeable indentor with measurement transducer.
On the whole the hardness measurement head encompasses all hardness tests with indentation depth measurement, e.g. Universal Hardness HU macro range or Martens hardness HM, Rockwell hardness, ball indentation hardness H, Vickers depth measurement HVT, and Brinell depth measurement HBT.
| | Materials testing machine ProLine is a simple and compact test machine that was developed to meet the demand for low-price top-class test machines for functional testing of components and for standard applications on basic materials.
With the ProLine, Zwick Roell meets your demands for fastest delivery times | | Pendulum impact tester for plastics Zwick Zwick offers a wide range of pendulum impact testers for tests according to Charpy, IZOD, Brugger and Dynstat as well as for impact tensile tests. And, of course, we ensure that our machines fulfill the requirements of the relevant test standards such as ASTM E 23, EN 10045, DIN EN ISO 180, ISO 179 or ISO 8256 were fulfilled.
The pendulum impact testers cover a range from 0.5 Joules to 750 Joules. They are available in a variety of models, e.g. for instrumented or non-instrumented tests, with analogue or digital displays and with a range of different options especially geared for your tests. | | Tensile-compression testing machine Allround-Line
The Allround-Line satisfies strictest demands and performs superior test tasks. Add-ons are available and harmonized with the test machines for clear-cut operability. These test machines cover a wide range of applications.
High Capacity Machines
These are static testing machines for load forces up to 2000 kN | | Tire inspection machine Zwick Dynamic Systems Testing
Zwick provides test rigs and portal frames for the dynamic testing of systems components, which are designed in conjunction with your needs. | | Universal hardness tester Zwick This Universal Hardness Tester with its excellent price/performance ratio is used for both: classical hardness tests on metals and for the testing of plastics, in particular.
It works, for example, according to the Rockwell R, L, M, á(alpha) test methods and determines the ball indentation hardness. All conventional optical hardness test methods (Vickers, Brinell, Knoop) and the depth measurement method (Rockwell) can also be carried out in compliance with the standards within a load range from 1 to 250 kg.
The essential features bearing out the quality of the machine are its ease of operation, an outstandingly large test area, the measurement without parallax error (with the lines of measurement being integrated in the ground-glass screen optics), a fully automatic test sequence, and the use of a high-precision closed loop system. Another plus is the extraordinary depth of focus. With the RS232 connection to the test software testXpert®, all tests can be evaluated and documented. For example, data can be transferred to quality assurance systems for further processing.
Customized accessories for a large range of applications are available to the customer.
| | universal-testing-machine Allround-Line
For optimum harmonization with the requirements of your test, the Allround-Line offers a variety of load frames, e.g. table-top or floor machines, with different maximum forces up to 250 kN, various heights and widths, or even with a second test area. And, of course, accessories like safety shields, temperature chambers, and further test equipment are also available in a wide range to meet your particular needs.
The test machines from the Allround-Line can also be operated with or without a PC as desired. The operation with standard PCs (no additional card necessary) and the test software testXpert® offers you the highest operating comfort, efficient data analysis and statistics, and performant networking functionality.
The test machines are all equipped with our proprietary electronics console testControl.
