Since 1970 Rottler develops and manufactures workpiece specifically designed and customized machine tools for milling, drilling, turning and grinding.
A great number of components of already manufactured and proven machines can be referred to during construction. Based on the machining task, the construction team analyses the feasibility under consideration of the specific production conditions at the customer’s works. With this an optimal design is ensured.
This way also our standard products – these are among others CNC horizontal boring and milling machines, rotary tables and moving rotary tables – are product specifically adjusted. Here great importance is attached to the peripheral units.
Experienced permanent staff assembles these machines, automates them with state-of-the-art drive and control technique and puts them into operation.
For that two modern production buildings are available with a size of 3,500 m² including engineering and control system design departments.
Mechanical engineering and machine automation under one umbrella, together with permanent research and development – this is the optimal prerequisite to produce most modern and economical machine tools.
