The control unit represents the heart of the system. All the working units are linked to it. The control unit is available in two different models which differ only with respect to size and display monitor. RT009 - 15" Monitor RT011 - 21" Monitor The sturdy epoxy-coated metal cabinet contains all the components for operating the linked-up units and the processing of all test data. Thanks to the user interface, the unit can be managed either by infra-red remote control or by the control panel keyboard. All details of the vehicle being tested can also be entered from the keyboard, as well as workshop heading, configuration and test modes. The data received from the testing equipment are acquired by a microprocessor controlled electronic circuit board with A/D converter. The data are then processed by a computer before being displayed on a monitor and issued in graphic output form by means of a printer. The management software is extremely user friendly and graphics are very immediate and clear with Windows-type screen layouts.Thanks to the flexibility of the software, diverse operating mode options are available, including: "Manual" testing, with selection and performance of tests directly by remote control with repeat option (ideal for diagnosis). "Automatic" testing, with pre-selected cycle without remote-control operation (ideal for controlling). "Ministerial" operating mode testing, in conformity with legally prescribed test procedures in the various countries. Thank to the modular structure of the software, further options include: The control of links to other components like, for instance, opacimeters, exhaust fume analysers,headlight testers, for linking outputs to videos and graphics. The control of network links to other computers (e.g., mainline computers, links with Vehicle Inspectorates,…). Data Bank management, for constantly monitoring the vehicle/client situation, following its development over time and thus providing clients with a personalised diagnosis. The software also features a starting autotest function with indication of any faults found and constant monitoring of all system functions.

Professional tyre changer for intensive use, it offers all the features requested by the most demanding operators and tyre specialists. Its mechanical and electronic innovations make it extremely fast, accurate, strong and easy to use. By pointing the laser at the tyre edge the operator can easily position the roller for bead loosening. A computer optimizes all movements. Approaching speed of arms and rollers is high and when the sensor recognizes the proximity of the rim/tyre, the machine will automatically reduce speed and activate the bead loosening procedure. This is the reason why G1100 is the fastest tyre changer. At the same time, electronic controls ensure extreme accuracy and avoid any damage to the rim and the tyre.

WORK-STATION FOR THE AUTOMATIC MEASUREMENT OF THE WHEEL ANGLES OF A VEHICLE A perfect quadrilateral is built around the vehicle. The measuring heads initially positioned in the corners of said quadrilateral move automatically to the front of the wheel targets, when the system is started. After about 7 seconds, the front and rear direct angles are measured and visualized, such as: toe-in, toeout, camber and thrust angle. A innovative system of sensors automatically insures the longitudinal and transversal levelling of the lift at any working height. As many as 8 measurements per second with an accuracy of 0,005° (five thousends of a degree) allow the most accurate and quickest adjustment of the vehicle. 3 different program tests are available, to satisfy the different needs of the customers: direct angles direct angles + "quick caster" direct angles + in direct angles (caster, kingpin) The following further tests can be added: Achermann maximum steering frame diagnosis toe and caster adjustment with steered wheels RELIABILITY The system does not present functional limits deriving from room lightning and shape or condition of the target/vehicle. A special software checks and updates calibration at every single start of the test. MEASURING HEADS The motorised AUTODRIVE measuring heads, installed on the lift, run a guide along the platforms. When not in use, the heads position themselves at the far end of the platforms, to facilitate the placement of the targets on the wheels. Simultaneously, a self-checking procedure is starter to constantly grant the utmost measuring precision. The data transmission between lift and console is performed by "Bluetooth" technology.
