We are a medium-sized company based in Iserlohn close to the Ruhr Area. In 1997 we started to manufacture spare parts for ‘Linnhoff-barrels’. Due to the ever-increasing inquiries of our customers, we quickly expanded and are now in a position to supply the market with the com-plete range of products for the electroplating barrel technology
We have extended our sales department throughout Europe by means of foreign branches resp. offices in Great Britain, France and Switzerland in order to react quickly when on-site support is needed.
Due to our size we are in a position to react quickly to your requirements. Moreover, we are flexible and economical concerning construction and manufacturing of barrels, special barrel aggregates and cover opening and closing systems. We talk answers for intelligent electro-plating barrel technologies!

Our strength is the capacity to decide which barrel aggregate is the best for your products. Our team has many years of experiences to fall back on regarding the development and construc-tion of high-performance barrel aggregates. Plastic plain bearings
Plastic plain bearings with cable pear contact |  | Contact systems In order to supply you with the optimum contact for your product range, we have developed a number of standard solutions.
Cable pear contact with plastic plain bearing
Cable contacts are the most cost-effective and cmmonly used type of contact. They are particularly suitable for ompact bulk material and therefore cover a wide range of applications.
Disc contact with metal plain bearing
Disc contacts are particularly suitable for high current transfer. They can be used for bulky, compact and sharp-edged materials and for sensitive goods which could be damaged by fixed contacts.
Strip contact with metal plain bearing
Strip contacts are placed in the drum corner bars and transmit the current evenly from the liquid-tight metal plain bearing through the contact discs to the entire internal length of the drum. In doing so, the inside of the drum remains smooth. With strip contacts, a wide range of products can be galvanised. This type of contact is particularly suitable for rod products.
|  | Perforations The quality and cost-effectiveness of drum galvanising depends to a large degree on the type and size of the perforation.
Filter-plug
The filter-plug perforation system offers you the following crucial advantages:
ease of replacement* * - the filter plug always facilitates optimum adjustment to the product so that a decision in favour of a particular perforation is no longer irrevocable
· the doming of the filter-plug cap in the direction of the inside of the drum ensures that flat components will not adhere to the drum
· The filter gauze properties minimise drops in voltage and carry-over losses. The large filter plug recesses increase the pump effect and ensure optimum electrolytic exchange | |
