With the DANUFLEX series of machines, reflecting the modern state of art in engineering, DONAU offers a successful drilling concept that has been proven worldwide. Particularly in machining single pieces and small batches DONAU earned a name. Some of the problems encountered in this field , such as marking out, centre punching and time-consuming centering on milling machines, can now be done seperatly, thanks to an intelligent position indicator offered by DONAU as an optional accessory.

Designed to be used for one-off and small series production, the DANUMERIC® is setting standards of drilling technology and economical production.
Savings of up to 75 % of costly set-up and non-productive times make the DANUMERIC an investment that’s paying itself. For drilling work there is hardly another solution at hand that would be more intelligent and flexible than the CNC-controlled Rapid Radial Drill of DONAU. With a DANUMERIC®, marking out, centre punching and time-consuming aligning of workpieces are history. The combined advantages of a rapid radial drilling machine and an efficient CNC control deliver cost savings and are helpful in avoiding manual errors. |  | DANUPORT® The DANUPORT® from DONAU presents a combined technology. It delivers the advantages of a travelling column & pendular machining center and a CNC controlled rapid radial drilling machine.
Large voluminous workpieces are welcome. With the 5th CNC axes (travelling column) the possibilities of the DANUPORT® are multiple. With a X-axis travel of up to 20,000 mm / 65 ft machining large-surface workpieces gets possible. As an option, this machine can be equipped with a tool magazine, reducing off-times especially in a pendular situation.

The alpha-type rapid radial drilling machine from DONAU offers high drilling capacity at a low price! It covers a vast range of workpieces, is very easy to operate and of robust structure. It is cost effective to use the drill for one-offs as well as for small series.
The machine is particularly suitable for workpieces where drill positions are easy to define. Three feed speeds and one spindle speed range, providing 18 spindle speeds, are making the alpha an ideal drill for all standard applications.
