The SLC284 safety control has been developed using the most modern research findings. S1 Servo System

Introducing the servo system S1 along with a wide scope of linear drives, Bachmann electronic extends its product range by high-performance drive technology. State-of-the-art communication interfaces such as Ethernet, SERCOS, CANopen or PROFIBUS emphasize the Bachmann claim of open systems engineering and allow efficient implementation of the drive system into the wide variety of automation solutions. Direct drives for higher speeds and dynamics with concurrently improved precision are especially interesting for the field of mechanical engineering.

Visualization and controller hardware

Tailored automation solutions with built-in expansion capability are today an important requirement for financial success in machine and system building. In terms of compactness and costs, Bachmann electronic's control terminals CT offer outstanding features. Controller and visualization rolled in to one unit, a HMI-PLC device. Programming and diagnostics can be carried out on the control terminal with exactly the same tools used by the M1 Programming in IEC 61131, C, C++ and Java is also possible. The control terminal is ideal for use where remote intelligence is required in an automation solution in addition to visualization. I/O components can be integrated as easily as usual via Ethernet or CAN.

Visualization Hardware

HMI devices need to meet the combined requirements of technical necessity, convenience and aesthetic design in one, thus presenting the manufacturer with a host of challenges at the same time. Bachmann electronic offers a scalable selection of HMIs for a wide range of applications. This ranges from the display and operator terminals (OT115 series), compact web and control terminals of the 200/300 series, compact industrial PCs of the 300 series and the modular IPC1400 system. Remote displays of the Dx900 series allow visualization to be implemented up to 100 m away from the central computer. The front plates of the operator units are made from aluminium and their function, colour and design can be adapted to customer requirements. The operating elements required can be implemented as real machine pushbuttons, with a foil keyboard or as touch screens. Their ergonomic and robust design make the terminals optimum HMI solutions for any application.
