The high-speed automatic assembly units from Dietz & Rollwa are innovative systems for the final assembly of multipart production items. They are designed as single-line, modular complete plants and can be supplied with one or more turntables depending on the requirements of the particular application. Depending on the requirements and the type of product being handled, the assembly throughput rate can be set between 350 and 1500 parts per minute

We can supply single or multiple line guide rails with a variety of conveyor technologies - equipped with an integrated jam monitor for a continuous and steady feed rate, accurately matched to the properties and geometry of the parts being transported
