	DMU \| CNC universal milling machines With the DMU 50, DECKEL MAHO offers innovative high tech components in this – the compact class. Both the forward-looking entry-level user and operators in mould construction will find the DMU 50 fully equipped.
	HSC- High-speed cutting precision centres With the HSC 20 linear SAUER enters the sector of micro- and precision machining. High Tech on highest level compact on 3,5 m2 footprint. Linear drives in all axes with > 2g acceleration and surface qualities up to Ra 0,2 µm represent highest precision and dynamics. Upgrading up to 5-axis simultaneaous due to the integrated swivel-/ rotary table stands for absolute flexibility. The watercooled SB 42 working spindle opens a wide spectrum of materials for different applications in the HSC sector. The stable mineral fibre stand in monoBLOCK® design guarantees a maximum absorbing of vibrations, highest stiffness and stability. Optional the HSC 20 linear can be upgrated by an integrated linear magazin with up to 99 pallets, a 60-fold automatic tool changer as well as a extensive package for graphite manufacturing.
	SPEED \| CNC swiss-type automatic lathes Simple axis configuration for simultaneous processing of up to three tools, is the main feature of this machine. More highlights include, a future orientated complete design, stable castiron structure in monoBLOCK® design, a high level of comfort, short setup times, a bar passage of up to 15 mm, linear drive on the axis X and integrated motor spindles and numerous options that range all the way up to the dynamic drives. With the SPEED 12-5 linear, shaft machining, and complete machining of turning parts, can be completed in the shortest possible time. Maximum productivity is achieved with a rotational speed of the main and counter spindle at up to 12,000 rpm., a rapid traverse speed of 40 m/min and an axis acceleration of 10 m/s2. The main and counter spindles can operate simultaneously with different cutting speeds with the two integrated,independently operating spindle drives. The linear drive in the X1-axis makes processing with the highest positioning precision possible.
