Печі та обладнання для спаювання, випалення, атмосферної, вакуумної та плазмової обробки.
Ipsen is the world's leading supplier of heat-treatment furnaces and furnace plants. This product range is ideally supplemented by the PVD/PACVD coating plants of one of its subsidiaries, Hauzer Techno Coating. The Group has production facilities in Europe, on the American continent and in Asia.
Ipsen products are used in a broad range of processes, including atmospheric and vacuum heat-treatment, plasma nitriding, brazing and sintering. All of our furnaces - from single units, such as single-chamber furnaces for individual treatment processes all the way to plants for large-series industrial production in interlinked facilities - are designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned in close cooperation with our customers. Our local branch offices around the world ensure optimum customer support.
Ipsen supplies companies in the automobile, aircraft and space industries, as well as tool and machine builders, manufacturers of medical equipment and commercial heat-treatment shops.
For more than 50 years, Ipsen has determined the course of and promoted technical progress in heat-treatment through a large number of in-house developments.
The daily research work in our laboratories and the close cooperation with technical colleges and universities in basic research will allow us to retain our knowledge edge and provide our customers with the latest in process technology and specific solutions for heat-treatment. Apart from improving the quality of heat-treatment processes, our developments also help to increase plant efficiency. Among the different technologies available, open, flexible heat-treatment systems such as mult-i-cell® and mult-i-line® have gained particular attention.
 | AutoMag® AutoMag is designed for controlling automated atmospheric and vacuum furnace lines. | | Furnace Technology The atmospheric chamber furnaces built by Ipsen have a modular design an are made of standardised assemblies | | Furnace Technology With Ipsen's vacuum furnaces the advantages of vacuum heat-treatment can be used to the full. These include:
optimum hardness
bright surfaces
oxidation and decarburisation-free surface zone
little scaling, even on workpieces with a complex geometry
constant qualities
reproducibility
usable for a broad range of materials
Ipsen offers a large number of horizontal and vertical single and multi-chamber furnaces, from which customers can select the furnace type best suited for their intended heat-treatment Processes and Products. All of the furnace models can be equipped with convection systems to increase furnace throughput by shortening heat-up times, and to minimise warping of delicate work pieces.
Rotary-hearth technology
Depending on the type of charge loading and workpiece geometry, there may be dead zones around the charge not seeing any flow or surfaces exposed to most of the cooling gas. To solve this problem, Ipsen has designed a rotary hearth for vertical furnaces whose speed of rotation can be adjusted in line with cooling requirements. This eliminates uneven gas flow distribution.
