Back in 1994, we had a vision. Non-contact 3D digitizers would become a fundamental measurement tool in the future. In 1994, computers were slow, memory was expensive, and digitizers' packaging and flexibility was at its infancy. But we knew that in a more and more computerized world, software was the key to unlock successful processes. As an initial corporate mission, we chose to transform what was then a simple measurement device into a highly professional metrology solution.

Today, after having celebrated our 10th anniversary, we are proud to have fulfilled our earlier mission. Our flagship product PolyWorks is used by major automotive and aeronautic manufacturers, such as Audi, BMW, Boeing, Daimler-Chrysler, Ford, GM, Honda, Mazda, Lockheed-Martin, Nissan, Northrop-Grumman, Porsche, Renault, Rolls-Royce, SAAB, Toyota, Volkswagen, and Volvo, as well as by thousands of leading-edge manufacturers worldwide. This commercial success has been achieved by working closely with our customers and developing hundreds of innovative application-driven tools that have led to faster and more accurate inspection and reverse engineering processes. As our installed base is rapidly expanding, our mission is also evolving. After having demonstrated the effective use of point cloud inspection and enabled many unique applications, we are now focusing on improving the usability of our solution to once again increase customer productivity. At InnovMetric, our mission can only be oriented towards customers. After all, they are our
