Horizontal self-priming centrifugal pumps
The KGE is a self-priming centrifugal pump with radial (semi-open or closed) impeller, overhung mounted on a bearing pedestal. If a spacer type coupling is used, the pump can easily be dismantled without it being necessary to disturb the pipings or to move the motor.
The KGE series is available in different drive possibilities:

Propably the best glove for sandblasting is JokaHold. This glove is tested for mechanical duration (EN388). The product is also tested III-categorian protective glove against chemicals (EN374-1). Material for the sleeve is nylonfabric covered with plastic.(raincoat fabric).

Computer numerical controls (CNC) for machine tool
Using a combination of graphics and text the operator is taken through set up routines, grinding cycles and wheel form and dress procedures assisted by prompts at each stage. Also included are optimum suggested default values for certain parameters, that the operator can either leave or change as he pleases.
Data input facilities are provided for creating more intricate wheelform and workpiece surface generation programs using standard ISO codes and the 524/624 CNC's advanced programming language. On the 524/624 CNC dressing and forming of the wheel is accomplished simply, from a pop up diamond device mounted on the machine table. This is automatically raised at the appropriate programmed point in the cycle, presenting the diamonds at the correct angle to the wheel. Cross traverse and wheelhead movements are then co-ordinated to produce the required dressing path. Special templates or external devices are not required. As with our 524/624 Easy models the facility to rapidly dress out a standard wheelform from a new wheel is included as standard. | | |

Centerless grinding with a "workpiece on the fly”
Centerless grinding involves the work-piece being simultaneously machined and guided on its generated surface. The line contact on a grinding wheel forms the grinding line, the workpiece lies flush with the regulating wheel and is held in place from below by a guide rail. During grinding, the center of the workpiece lowers as its diameter is reduced through abrasion. This causes the work-piece to migrate towards the regulating wheel. JUNKER’s electronic control system compensates for this position change by tracking the grinding wheel so that pre-cise machining is guaranteed at all times. Centerless cylindrical grinding is also the ideal solution for workpieces that are dif-ficult to hold due to their shape or small dimensions.

JUFLEX 3000 Productivity up, cost down
The interesting alternative for small workpieces
Parallel machining of one workpiece with two carriages in the JUNKER grinding machine JUFLEX 3000.
For JUFLEX, two modules from the 3000 series are fused together in one machine (machine cell) – two machine bases, two hoods, but only one control system. This results in a substantial cost advantage without any loss of output. The price advantage for the customer compared to using two independent machines is 15-20 %. Another advantage is the considerably smaller required space than when using two independent machines. The output is the same as from two indepedent, individual machines but the investment is smaller.
Particularly interesting for the automotive sector
JUNKER developed this creative machine concept especially for HSG with CBN but also for conventional grinding of car parts such as crankshafts, camshafts and gearbox parts. The "machine cell" JUFLEX 3000 achieves nearly twice the output in two grinding cycles with two carriages without risk of collision by means of synchronised machining. When using JUFLEX in large series production, this deconcentration particularly offers gains regarding realisable cycle time.

CONSTRUCTION
The ICM process developed by JVK allows the production of homogeneous filter elements without insert parts in any required thickness. This procedure is representing the leading technology for the production of parts with low tension.
Taking into consideration possible high filtration pressures the transitions filter area to sealing rim and support bosses were designed by FEM (Finite Element Methode) to achieve the lowest possible tension. The dia. of the pips as well as the corresponding distances within filter area were optimized for a low cloth load.
The standard designs of the chamber filter plates can be used up to 15 bar filtration pressure and 90° C temperature. In case of very extreme working conditions, as high pressure over 15 bar and high temperature over 90° C , JVK is able to offer very special designs.
FUNCTION
The JVK chamber filter plates are used for pressure filtration only.
In general steps are as follows:

Washing / removal of liquids or salts from the cake
Blowing / removal of cake from feed port and /

Because of the high elastic membranes, pure membrane packages are not necessary in most fields of application. The combination of JVK membrane chamber plate together with combination chamber plate is saving investment and operating costs.

An amazing 50 recipes... that's what Noria's memory can hold without any difficulty. It can produce ten recipes in a single sequence without interrupting production. The memory records everything: how long each type of dough needs to stand, adjustments required at each stage, proportions, weights, the cleaning cycle and so on. Ath the dough divider outlet, a weighing mat (optional) ensures taht the weight is accurate to within two grams. Noria will also record any adjustment made during the process, the correction is instantaneous.
And, whatever's been produced during the day, the Noria will summarize it all in a comprehensive daily report.
Such a technology does not rule out human involvement. As well as being able to adjust comands in real time, the baker can also feed the moulder an off-cycle product manually. The entry points are of course secured, but all the manchine panels are perfectly accessible and can be dismantled with a single key. The dough pieces are placed on synthetic felt casts (easy to clean) and follow the ideal cycle within the prover according the recommended rest time.
JAC proposes three capacities for the prover: BA 470, BA 600 and BA 670 (the figures corresponds to the dough pieces capacity). Two kinds of casts (14 or 16 cm) according your dough pieces weight.
Different configurations are possible : internal exit, external exit, right site, left site according to the bread moulder following the organization of the bakery.

The continuous recording of the complete surface allows an optimum measurement of ovality, taper, curvature, sweep, independent of the position of the log and the measuring position. A perfect recognition of cut sections is a matter of course.
Highest accuracy
The new measurement technique allows a certain quality recognition or evaluation resp. Environmental influences, such as temperature fluctuations, pressure differentials and relative humidity are constantly surveyed and compensated. The assembly is very simple and, thanks to the enclosed holding fixture and cables, can also be done by untrained staff. The same applies to the adjustment which is very simple due to an integrated laser point and a test program. Due to scalable measuring ranges, completely new appliances are possible with the JORO-3D

JORO-sonar Realtime Wood Scanning System
JORO-sonar is a 2D scanner including an optoelectronic and an ultrasonic unit. The advantage of the system is the possibility of scanning two diameters without interruption of the conveyor. The infrared scanner works after the light shadow principle and measures the vertical diameter D1. The ultrasonic unit measures the distance and calculates the horizontal diameter D2.
Principle
The scanner works with a digital signal processor (DSP). Through the fast infraredscanner we have an exact recognition of the target and a direct coordination of logdiameters to the loglength. A serial industrial interface (RS 485) sends the scanned and filtered datas to the host computer.
Highest accuracy
Environmental influence, like temperature, air-pressure, humidity will be compensated with an additional reference sensor. The resulting temperature range therefore is -25 degrees centigrade to +50 degrees centigrade (without icing of the ultrasonic-sensors) In connection with an encoder the scanner is type-approval certificate under German law.

Requirements of the round timber industry continue to increase. In order to document assessment of quality, you can document each log with our digital pictures archive fully and automatically. With the Woodarchiv Viewer all digital pictures can be evaluated with a multitude of analysis functions.
Up to 20 digital cameras take high resolution pictures of each log and together with the measurement and load data these pictures are stored in a SQL database. | | |
