The new FlexSander 100 is developed for sanding all kinds of edges and with a new type of installation the sanding head can at any time be tipped both forward and backwards as a standard, which makes the machine to be more universal.
The new machine can now be used for both edges and surfaces with a breadth size up to 140 mm
The new brush table ensures an easy, quick and ergomonic correct handling. At the same time discomforts from dust and cool air are avoided.

What is Formdrill Thermal drilling is a process that uses friction to produce bushings in metal tubing and flat stock.
The combined rotational and downward force of our special Thermal Drilling tool bit creates frictional heat. Temperatures can reach 900 C for the tool, and 700 C for the work piece.
The material is transformed into a "super-plastic" state, allowing the tool to displace material and form a bushing. The height of the bushing is roughly 3 to 4 times the original metal thickness. See picture
These bushings are ideal for threaded applications, as the number and strength of threads is significantly increased. It is an excellent alternative to weld nuts or threaded inserts. The bushing can also be used as a support hole for welded, soldered or brazed connections as well as for a load-bearing surface.
The Thermal Drilling System can be used in most ferrous and non-ferrous metals including mild steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and aluminium, with material thickness up to 12 mm. In general, all malleable materials can be thermal drilled. Standard drills are available in any size up to 25.4 mm. diameter. Larger drill sizes are available on request.
No special equipment is required. A standard drill press, milling machine or CNC machining center is suitable. Thermal Drilling is also ideal for automation because it is a chipless process, produces accurate holes, and has a long tool life.
Thermal Drilling is also well suited for short run or prototype work because of its ease of use.

The Cobra is the big brother to the Viper Series, both series being designed with moving beds and stationary gantries. With this style of system, the bed that the material is mounted onto is driven forwards and backwards to create travel on the X-Axis. The Y-Axis is built with an extra wide carriage to ensure a very stiff mounting position for the spindle to be attached to. The carriage is driven in the X/Y-Axis at very high rates of speed, along the 35mm linear rails. Each axis is driven by high precision ground ballscrews enabling smooth motion, and great precision.
The Cobra is available with either the Standard Servo System or the ACS, both true closed loop servo controllers. The Viper is designed as a high speed machining center for 2D and 3D parts. The system is designed with the characteristics of high accelerations, high accuracy, a very stiff system with a moving bed design, and flexibility in configuration of options.

Since its introduction Dynamic Waterjet has rapidly become one of the most successful products in the industry and today sets the industrial standard for perfect work pieces without taper problems. Dynamic Waterjet is based on an intelligent solution in which the cutting head follows the contour pattern and thereby changes the angle of inclination in accordance with customer requirements.
Even with thick materials tolerances of +/- 0.04 mm are achieved under corresponding conditions. In a direct comparison with wire eroding the Flow technology convinces with up to 50 percent lower production costs, depending on part geometry and material. The cutting speed with Dynamic Waterjet can be higher by 8 to 10 percent. As the cutting of radii and contours with waterjet cutting technology is both simple and flexible, the faster Dynamic Waterjet system also has considerable advantages in comparison to the milling process.
A further advantage of this technology: stack cutting. Several layers of thin materials can be produced with constant tolerances. Dynamic Waterjet guarantees that every layer has the same dimensions.

The Integrated Flying Bridge is a waterjet cutting system that has been field proven through over a thousand installations worldwide. It incorporates a design that fills the industry's needs for a machine consuming minimal floor space, providing optimal operator access and easy loading and unloading. All machine components such as high-pressure pump and motion control as well as all electrical, hydraulic and high-pressure fittings have been integrated in the design in order to save valuable floor space. The SUPER SHREDDER employs a spherical rotary cutter with multiple teeth around the perimeter. Laser particle sizer ANALYSETTE 22 MicroTec wet dispersion The ANALYSETTE 22 MicroTec differs from the NanoTec only in the smaller measurement range. Since the back-scattering is not detected, the lower measurement limit is 0.1 µm. The upper measurement limit of 600 µm allows for a shortened optical bench and thereby a very compact and cost-efficient design.
Both the size distribution and the shape parameters can be identified for particle characterisation. The ANALYSETTE 22 is the only instrument in the world with which both particle size distribution and particle shape can be analysed in a single measurement.
This model of the ANALYSETTE 22 MicroTec contains the module for wet dispersion and can be expanded with the module for dry dispersion or small volume wet dispersion.

The laser particle sizer ANALYSETTE 22 MicroTec with wet dispersing unit is an instrument with universal applications for the determination of particle size distributions and particle shape detection of solids in suspension and of emulsions. It is used in research and development as well as in quality control and process control.
The technology
The optical bench is constructed of high quality components in a vertical design to save space.
The fibre-coupled, robust 7 mW double laser diodes with polarisation-preserving fibre, good temperature stability, high beam quality and long service life radiate in the visible range. A newly developed diffracted light detector on a ceramic base "made in Germany" according to state-of-the-art manufacturing methods offers the best mechanical and thermal stability.
Wet dispersing unit
In the wet dispersing module, the fully automatic rinsing of the suspensions takes place efficiently and without deadspace through the use of a motor-driven 4/2-way valve. With the integrated ultra-sound bath (approx. 500 ml volume, 50 Watts output), even difficult to disperse samples can be measured without the need for additional instruments. The digital ultra-sound generator keeps the specified output optimal and constant.
The powerful centrifugal pump with an output of 20 litres per minute also moves heavy particles that otherwise tend toward sedimentation. This allows the entire liquid volume to be pumped through once completely within three seconds. The pump speed can be adapted to the properties of the sample. The technology ensures precise and reproducible measurement results.
All parts in contact with the liquid are of stainless steel and Viton. All functions can be controlled by computer.

Aeration Systems Marshmallows Aeration is the decisive process for the production of numerous products in the baking, confectionery and dairy industries which require light raw materials.
The aeration systems used for this have a mixing head which consists of a stator and a rotor. Both components feature square pins which are in mesh when the rotor rotates.
The exactly dosed liquid mass and gas or air are fed independently of each other into the mixing head where they are homogenously mixed. The properties and density of the aerated product depend on the ratio of liquid mass to gas, mixing head speed, system pressure and mixing temperature.
The control systems of the aerators ensure that the respective mixing conditions are maintained for constant product quality at continuous production and at capacity changes. | | |

Flat and Hollow Wafers All kinds of cream-filled flat and hollow wafers are produced on semi- or fully automatic production lines. After mixing, the batter is poured onto baking plates and baked to wafer sheets.
Depending on the desired capacity, the electrically or gas-heated baking ovens are equipped with 12 to 176 baking plate pairs. The hot wafer sheets are cooled down to room temperature and transferred to the spreading machine, which applies cream onto them and sandwiches them to wafer books.
In case of chocolate-coated products, the wafer sheets are enriched with moisture (“conditioned”) to prevent later cracking of the chocolate coat.
After cooling, the finished cream-filled wafer books are processed to wafer fingers in the cutting machine. Finally, the wafer fingers are transferred to a packaging machine or a chocolate enrober. | | |

Hard Dough Biscuits Hard dough biscuits are produced on lines, which consist of a sheeter and calibration rollers. After producing an endless dough sheet, the desired dough blanks are cut by a single roller or double roller system. The resulting network of scrap dough is fed back to the sheeter.
The blanks are baked in a hybrid oven (directly heated infeed combined with radiation, which can be provided with or without convection) on a wire mesh band.

Molded Cones Molded hollow wafer products such as cones or cups in various shapes with or without engraving are produced on fully automatic baking machines. Depending on the product shape, batters with a sugar content of up to 20% can be used.
The batter is poured into molds, which are mounted to a baking wheel or a link chain. Then, the mold parts with the baking mandrels are lowered. After one turn the baking mandrels are raised again and the baked products are transferred to a conveyor. Additional devices are available for sleeving, counting and stacking. | | |

RB3-L section bending machine The RB3-L section bending machine offers high bending power but at the same time compact dimensions. The three single, hydraulically-driven rollers of the section bending machine guarantee high bending power. Even in the first rolling pass, very small bending radii can be achieved without the milling rollers slipping.
Smooth rollers (without fluting) or plastic milling rollers can be used. In this way damage to the frame is avoided.
The section bending machine’s variable axle spacing enables it to be set up optimally for the frame which is to be bent. Excess pressing forces on the frame are avoided and optimum arch quality is achieved.
