|  | Dough provers The JAC prover is ideally suited for proving your dough.
The dough pieces are placed on synthetic felt casts (easy to clean) and follow the ideal cycle within the prover according the recommended rest time.
JAC proposes three capacities for the prover: BA 470, BA 600 and BA 670 (the figures corresponds to the dough pieces capacity). Two kinds of casts (14 or 16 cm) according your dough pieces weight.
Different configurations are possible : internal exit, external exit, right site, left site according to the bread moulder following the organization of the bakery.
