APIS Baccos

Baccos is a modelling tool for finding statistical relationships among variables and process values in a process. Baccos can retrieve dependent values from an APIS Click&Trace Tracker report or from other data sources in APIS. Baccos has functionality for: •Multivariate data analysis and modelling •Adaptation of dynamic time and space modelling •Time-series analysis such as filtering, FFT, correlation analysis, etc.

APIS NIR systems

Online analysis of quality and composition of raw materials and products is realized by a unique modular and scalable system for improved process control. The APIS NIR system may be combined with the APIS Click&Trace sofware to realize standardization, batch tracking, supplier supervision and product tracking. The combined NIR spectrometer and software solution is materialized by the APIS AMO product (AMO = APIS meat optimizer).

MES Applications
