AX series

An all-electric entry model into the world of KraussMaffei products, with energy-saving features made by KraussMaffei – the AX injection moulding machine series.

CX series

The CX series covers the small and medium-sized clamp force ranges. It is distinguished by its high flexibility, cost effectiveness and high part quality. CX series machines are available in clamp forces from 350 to 6,500 kN. In coming months, the CX series will be continually expanded up to clamp forces of 4,200 kN.

Direct extrusion systems

Direct extrusion, with the material being compound immediately upstream of extrusion, cuts raw material costs and boosts return on investment in pipe, profile and sheet extrusion systems. Processors can reduce costs and simultaneously improve end product properties by specifying the proportion of filler to be added.

EX series

The EX series from KraussMaffei is a new all-electric machine concept. Machines from this series are clean, fast, highly precise and economical. The EX series is available in clamping forces of 500 to 2,400 kN.

Foam moulds

KraussMaffei builds moulds for foaming and backfoaming automotive parts.

Industrial robots

KraussMaffei industrial robots are fast, versatile and rugged. They are used to automate sophisticated demoulding, trimming and assembly processes. The great flexibility of their 6-axis kinematics makes them ideal for tasks too complex for linear robots. KraussMaffei supplies intelligent solutions based on standard robots, including making good use of dead time to extract maximum value for the process.
