Pioneering work - the road to success
In 1966 when, using simple equipment in a garage, Wilfried Ensinger attempted to extrude innovative plastics into semi-finished products, he never dreamed of what success his efforts were to have. A feel for technical feasibility and new applications made him a pioneer in the development of high performance
plastics. In the last thirty years, he and his inventive employees have succeeded in manufacturing engineering and high performance plastics for a very wide range of applications in a most innovative way. Today, under the second generation management, ENSINGER has almost one thousand five hundred employees worldwide.
One fundamental reason for the continuous growth of the Group is without doubt the fact that the products are manufactured from completely new materials and therefore constantly find their way into new applications - applications which to date have either been impossible or have only been possible at great expense using metals and ceramics.

We have made it our duty to supply our customers with semi-finished products, technical profiles and finished parts of thermoplastic and thermoset materials of the highest quality with perfect service worldwide. Of primary importance to us here are the widely differing wishes and needs of our customers from the various industrial sectors. Meeting all these wishes and needs is both an obligation and a challenge for us. A wide range of products, production methods, materials and services is essential for the successful development of a product tailored exactly to the individual demands.
