Sollich is the market leader for bar and praline forming systems, coating systems for chocolate, caramel and icing compounds and chocolate tempering machines. For 80 years, our customers have known our name and rely on us. What began with the development of the SOLLKOCH, the world's first vacuum sugar boiling machine, was continuously expanded over generations, with healthy growth. The third generation now leads the SOLLICH family company, with great success.
Our production today ranges from forming, extrusion and cutting systems, fully automatic coating systems and cooling tunnels to chocolate tempering machines and moulding systems for confectionery. These days, complete bar systems consisting of the named machines are almost classically put together for every bar product. The export share is approx. 80%.

Contributory factors have included not only the progressive technology but also the reliability (greatly prized by our customers), user-friendliness and enormous flexibility of Conbar® equipment. |  | Minicoater™ If you are looking for an enrobing line for comparatively small production volumes, or if you need a flexible addition to your existing equipment, e.g. for laboratory use, then you will find the perfect solution at Sollich. In terms of performance and quality, even the Sollich Minicoater enrobing system is unequalled. The Minicoater™ TTS is available in both 320 mm and 420 mm widths; apart from the belt width, the two models are distinguished by the size of the integral Minitemper® Turbo.
The Minicoater™ TTS 320 incorporates a turbo tempering unit with a tempering capacity of 80 kg/h, while the wider Minicoater™ TTS 420 has a capacity of 150 kg/h.
|  | Minitemper® Turbo The development of the first Minitemper® over 25 years ago was a pioneering achievement. Well over 1,000 machines have been built since then and are in daily use for fully automated, continuous chocolate tempering. The design of this compact tempering machine has been copied on many occasions, without ever matching the reliability of the original. |  | Sollcodrop® Sollcodrop® is the name for a moulding system for all types of chocolate, fat, sugar or dough type materials in fluid state, producing precise shapes and accurate volumes. The moulded product is deposited onto endles plastic or steel belts. Working widths from 300 to 1300 mm are suitable from average to high outputs.
Sollcodrop® is eminently universally adjustable. The moulding drum is easily exchanged when there is a change of product or shape. The plant is suitable for small 0.1 g drops up to quite large tablets in a great number of different shapes up to 5 mm in height.
The shape and the size of the product are determined by the forming drum. From the smallest chocolate chip weighing 0.1 g to a little bar of say 50 mm in length or diameter, these can all be made with Sollcodrop®.
You can simultaneously produce several product shapes next to one another, such that you manufacture a product assortment. Changing size is simple, as the forming roller is easily exchanged.
|  | Sollcofill® Moulding Plants - Moulding of fatty and sugar masses with accurate weight control Sollcofill® is the name of the comprehensive range of depositing machines available from SOLLICH. A popular application is for depositing fatty and sugar masses in or on biscuit and wafer bases. The Sollcofill® plant illustrated on the left comprises the automatic biscuit aligning device and the double-row depositing plant, followed by a vibrating station and an automatic belt washing plant |  | Thermo-Flow® Cooling Tunnels The Type KK THERMO-FLOW® centre cooling tunnel is specially designed for cooling product fillings and slab cooling in high-output production lines. The cooling tunnels are designed as a modular system and consist of sections 3 m in length. Because of their precision fit, the polyurethane hoods are airtight without the need for a seal. Energy-saving CFC-free insulation is of course a standard feature, and the equipment naturally complies with GMP guidelines | |
