Vstrekovacie lisy a stroje na plasty so zvieracou silou takmer 100 US ton.
Through specialized construction of injection moulding machines for plastics with clamping forces below 100 U.S. tons, we have achieved a unique proficiency in this market segment.
Since our company was founded in 1968, nearly 40,000 injection moulding machines have been sold to satisfied customers worldwide.
Original technology, high efficiency, and economy are characteristic features of our machines. The production of large quantities, a distinct awareness of the costs involved, and creativity extended to all areas of our company are decisive factors of our success.
 | BOY 12 A-M The BOY 12 was specially designed and built for the manufacturing of micro-parts.
It is exceptionally compact and designed as a reliable small machine for continuous industrial duty.
The BOY 12 plasticizing units feed very small injection volumes of up to 0.1 cm³ with precision and repeatability.
Three plasticizing units are available with diameters of 12, 14, and 18 mm.
The BOY 12 is a fully controlled, hydraulic reciprocating screw injection moulding machine with a two-platen clamping unit. The clamping cylinders are integrated into the fixed platen. The clamping platen with linear guides, the special design for small moulds with precision centring of the clamping platens, specially designed feed openings, stainless steel hopper, a drawer for catching the micro parts and screw stroke recording with higher resolution are all examples of how the BOY 12 is optimally equipped for micro part manufacturing.
| | BOY 22 A-M-D This model has been produced since 1968 with the same basic technical design. To this day, more than 25.000 machines of this series were sold, with the machine concept being continously refined and the capacity increased. The BOY 22 has been perfected down to the last detail and excels through its high reliability and an extremely low machine hour rate.
This injection moulding machine is extremely compact and has a cantilevered clamping unit. The design is simple, organized, and ergonomic, with platen dimensions that are very generous. The injection unit can be optionally mounted vertically for parting-line injection.
The BOY 22 is available with three different controls:
• BOY 22 A with the high-end microprocessor Procan ALPHA control
• BOY 22 M with the mid-range Procan MD control
• BOY 22 D with the Dipronic control
| | BOY 22 A/M VV/VH The BOY 22 V injection moulding machines are used especially for the fully automatic encapsulation of inserts or for continous production lines. They are a modification of the BOY 22 and are manufactured with largely the same components.
The 90° rotation of the two-platen clamping unit results with the advantage of a fixed lower platen. Thus, the inserted parts will not move during the clamping process.
The BOY 22 VV offers the best possibilities for inserting and removal, compact dimensions, and ample free space for peripheral equipment on the rear machine table.
The vertical clamping unit can be equipped with either a vertical injection unit as with the
BOY 22 VV or with a horizontal (parting line) injection unit as with the BOY 22 VH.
| | BOY 35 A/M VV
The BOY 35 VV injection moulding machine is equipped with a vertically arranged injection and clamping unit.
The 90° rotation of the two-platen clamping unit results with the advantage of a fixed lower platen. Thus, the inserted parts will not move during the clamping process.
Compact dimensions, ample free space for peripheral
equipment, and the ability to use smaller injection units make the
BOY 35 VV with four tie bars an ideal solution for fully
automatic encapsulation of inserted parts.
The BOY 35 A VV is equipped with the high-end
Procan CT ® control, the BOY 35 M VV with the mid-range
Procan MD ® control.
| | BOY 55 A/M The fully hydraulic BOY 55 injection moulding machine is characterized by its precision, high efficiency, and compact design.
Its low operating costs and reliable performance make it ideally suited for mass production.
The very compact design of the two platen clamping unit reduces the space required by the BOY 55 compared to conventional machine designs with the three-platen principle. Due to the cantilevered clamping unit, no additional space is required for part conveyors or containers. The ejector chute is freely accessible from all sides, permitting optimum removal of the moulded parts.
| | BOY 55 A/M VV With the introduction of the BOY 55 VV insert moulding
machine, BOY have expanded their range of machines.
As with the successful BOY 22 VV and BOY 35 VV
models, the design of the new BOY 55 VV is based upon
proven technology.
A clamping force of 550 kN, as well as shot weights up to 158.9 g (PS) max.
Generously spaced tie bars (360 x 335 mm) allow the mounting of both large and family moulds.
Low table height (distance between fixed lower platen and floor) of 975 mm.
The fixed lower platen was achieved by turning the standard horizontal machine´s two-platen clamping unit by 90 degrees. This advan-tageous configuration prevents the move-ment
of insert parts during the mould-closing phase of the cycle!
Compact dimensions and ample space for peripheral equipment on the machine sup-port guarantee optimum
opportunities for integration into automated production lines.
The new BOY 55 A VV is equipped with the Procan CT ® control,
the BOY 55 M VV with the mid-range Procan MD ® control | | BOY 90 A/M The fully hydraulic BOY 90 injection moulding machine (the largest machine in the BOY range) is characterized by its precision, high efficiency, and compact design.
Its low operating costs and reliable performance make it ideally suited for mass production.
The very compact design of the two platen clamping unit reduces the space required by the BOY 90, compared to conventional machine designs with the three-platen principle. Due to the cantilevered clamping unit, no additional space is required for part conveyors or containers. The ejector chute is freely accessible from all sides, permitting optimum removal of the moulded parts.
| | Procan ALPHA ® Since its introduction in 1998, the high-end control for the A series with touchscreen operation and windows-based display pages, has set standards which other companies were forced to follow.
Direct screen selection and input via touchscreen greatly simplifies operation.
The choice of six selectable speed ranges with additional ramp function for open, close, injection, and plasticizing are included in the standard scope and ensure smooth, harmonious movement sequences.
By using six individual hardware comparators, the shortest cycle and reaction times are achieved and the highest reproducibility is reached.
Communication with peripheral equipment and a visual display system are possible via the integrated industrial-standard personal computer. | | Procan MD This microprocessor control system, which has proven its value thousands of times, was introduced in 1993 and has become one of the most successful microprocessor control systems.
High reliability and simple operation are characteristic features of this control system for the M series.
The combination of hardware control and microprocessor facilitates shorter sequence and cycle times - an advantage that is welcomed by many users.
Further advantages of the PROCAN MD include integrated help texts, message and alarm signalling systems, and SPC / SPQ functions meeting the requirements of Q 101 standards.
Via keycard, the Procan MD control is protected against unauthorized access.
