Preso Meters is a fully integrated manufacturer of precision-engineered primary flow elements, serving the industrial, commercial and municipal markets for over 30 years.
Preso products include the patented Ellipse� Pitot tube, the COIN� segmented wedge flow meter, and three unique versions of Venturi-type meters and inserts. With this family of products, Preso can provide a flow meter for any process that can be measured with differential pressure technology, often at calibrated accuracy of better than �1% of reading.
Preso also manufactures the B-Plus� and C+ metering and balancing valves for the HVAC industry, as well as a line of FM-approved fire pump gages, and many other accessories including flow transmitters and test kits.

The employees of Preso Meters are proud of their company's 30-year history in the flow meter industry. In the year 2000, Preso Meters joined Racine Federated Inc., a private manufacturing company based in Racine, WI, USA. Racine Federated Inc. is comprised of several operating divisions, including four others that specialize in flow measurement. |  | B-Plus® Valve The B-Plus Balancing Valve features Preso's "Low-Loss" Venturi design, unsurpassed in the industry for low permanent pressure loss and low energy consumption. The B-Plus is accurate to ±2% and installs in any position with minimum upstream and downstream piping requirements. The B-Plus is available in 15 sizes from 1/2" (12.7mm) to 10" (254mm) with sweat, FNPT, flanged and grooved-end connections. Many options are available: pressure and temperature ports, quick-disconnect fittings, readout gages and transmitters.

Flow rate is determined using the principle that the difference in pressure is proportional to the rate of flow in a pipe.
Both the lightweight GM portable kit, and the GMD DirectReadout Meter are suitable for applications including DP measurement across filters, heat exchangers, backflow preventers, pipelines, ducts, etc.
Large dials feature a 270° arc for faster, more accurate, read-outs. Precision-engineered, dust-tight, casings ensure trouble-free operation.
