In many cases it is the customer specific solution which opens up the full potential of our tooling systems and thus contributes to savings and an increase in productivity.

Counterbores

The easy handling of our adjustment systems is the basis for savings in the area of tool presetting as well as for achieving tight tolerances. In the diameter range from 6 to 34 mm different adjustment systems such as tapered screw adjustment and radial adjustment guarantee high certainty in process in mass production. At the same time it gives you a good portion of flexibility when producing only small lot sizes. These adjustment systems can also be used for cartridges according to ISO-measurements. Thus an interlocking connection between cartridge and tool holder is always guaranteed

Milling cutters Put-on milling cutters

The put-on milling cutters with shank according to ISO 6462 are suitable for all milling adapters which are commonly used in the industry. The diameter range of these tools lies between 40 and 160 mm and is divided into three different types, 3108, 3120 and 6120. Type 3120 (cutting edge length 8 mm) with the maximum number of cutting edges was designed for light chip removal and type 6120 (cutting edge length 12 mm) for medium chip removal. If desired coolant supply can be effected by means of a special coolant distribution screw.
