DELUMPER® S4

The Delumper® S4 series crushers are specially designed and built to meet the highest quality and sanitary standards. The DELUMPER® S4 Series features an ultra-sanitary design, easy interior access, cantilevered design, clean-in-place capability, quick change-over of cutting elements, and a meticulously polished finish. A convenient access door provides fast and easy access to the interior of the cutting chamber for cleaning. The Delumper S4 features a precision aligned, smooth rotating drum with integral teeth that rotate through a set of sizing combs. This mechanism produces a once thru, non-destructive crushing action that reduces oversized particles to their basic grain size without over-grind or over-work of material. The result is improved product consistency for enhanced processing, feeding and packaging.

DELUMPER® TWIN LP

The DELUMPER® TWIN-LP processes massive quantities of lumps or agglomerates with a powerful crushing action. This mighty processor reduces dry, sticky, caked or wet solids to a desired output size without over-working, churning, or heating the material. This oversized unit can be used at low speed, to produce an ultra-gentle crushing action. These units feature individually replaceable bidirectional cutter teethcarefully stacked, balanced and arranged for optimal feeding on two shafts. The teeth rotate through a heavy bar grating creating a low friction, self-clearing crushing action. These units are available with a variety of optional configurations including direct or belt drive, mechanical seal or packing seals, hardfacing and more. The Delumper Twin-LP features heavy construction, outboard bearings, and packing shaft seals. These units are available in Carbon Steel, 304 and 316 Stainless Steel. DELUMPER TWIN-LP's have inlet openings of 28" x 30" (711mm x 762mm) and up. Additionally, these units are available in special alloys and with our hardfaced cutting elements.

HIGH-FLOW, LOW HEADLOSS INLINE DISINTEGRATOR

The SUPER SHREDDER in-line disintegrator reduces tough wastewater solids to fine bits with a unique, high flow, spherical rotor design. The unit is specifically designed for high capacity and minimal headloss. In fact, because of its high percentage of open area, the Super Shredder remains practically invisible to flow. These teeth intermesh with a cylindrical bar cage at close clearance reducing oversized solids to a fine size. This intrinsically open design allows high volumes of flow to freely pass through with little or no headloss. The SUPER SHREDDER is simple to install like an ordinary valve in straight-through pipe systems. It quickly goes to work protecting pumps and enhancing the operation of process equipment. This unique unit has provided remarkably dependable service in installations worldwide. The SUPER SHREDDER cutters are constructed of stainless steel. A special hardfacing alloy is fused to all cutting surfaces at 2000 degrees F providing up to 20 times the abrasion resistance of hardened steel.

TASKMASTER TM1600

TASKMASTER® TM1600 Series Twin Shaft Shredder For Solids/Liquids and Institutional Waste The TASKMASTER® Model TM1600 is a powerful workhorse that can shred heavy solids in both gravity and liquid systems. This unit can be installed horizontally with a stand, hopper vertically for channel or pipeline applications with flange adapters. Typical applications include rejects and returns, garments, filters, containers, plastics, turnings, packaging, wood, paper, documents, electronic components, concession waste, sewage screenings, in-channel raw sewage, correctional institution effluent and more. The TM1600 features a fully sealed body housing, 2-3/4" hardened hex shafting, mechanical seals and direct inline or optional right angle gear drive.
