Промышленные насосы, компрессоры
From laboratory apparatus manufacturer to worldwide specialists in vacuum technology. In the year 1947 our founder Friedrich Geyer set out to innovate in all areas of laboratory equipment. Today his company, more than half a century later, has elected to concentrate its efforts in the realm of scientific vacuum technology and to expand its techniques to a world market. ILMVAC was the first subsidiary company to be established. The offices were opened in 1999 and since then turnover has grown in the region of 30% each year.
 | biovac Safety Aspiration System The portable biovac 106 Safety Exhaust System with an integrated resistant
diaphragm pump is used for the safe and precise extraction of liquid
non-inflammable excess amounts of chemical, biological, and medical processes.
Excess fluids can be removed relatively easily at a fine dosage from slides,
Petri dishes, containers with cell cultures, etc., by using different pipettes
or glass tips which are inserted into the plot of the pipetting holder A
changeable filter holder for a diaphragm filter is integrated between drip pan
and diaphragm pump. A diaphragm filter up to a filter fineness of 0.22 µm can
be inserted into this holder by the user as required for the work to be done.
According to the filter fineness used, it is possible to achieve different
rates of filtration, enabling, among other uses, in order to reduce the risk
when handling of bacteria and viruses. A suitable profile gasket serves as
sealing between the head piece and the drip pan. The resistant diaphragm pump
has a long service life. Pump heads and connecting heads are made from PP.
The "biovac 106" is switched on and off separately with the device switch or
the optionally available foot switch. The connection to the diaphragm pump is
made by a rapid-action coupling, which has a shut-off valve on the tank-side.
Drip pan and pipetting holder (plot) are connected to one another using a
hose. The built-in hose coupling seals both sides hermetically. This enables
the possibly contaminated fluids collected in the tank to be disposed of
completely separately.
The user can use suitable pipetting tips into the receptacle the pipetting
holder.
Special characteristics:
- resistant diaphragm pump
- continuous pump operation or foot switch control
- container autoclavable
- systems with 2 litre receptacles
- plot with gasket profile, float valve and fine filter housing with bayonet
fixing
- bacteria-, virus filters d = 55mm, up to a pore size min 0.22 µm
- quick coupling hose connectors have automatic isolation valves
- hand-piece with pipette holder
- single and eightfold pipette in the scope of supply
- consumable material is available
| | Laboratory-Vacuum-System Scope of supply:
- chemically resistant diaphragm pump MPC 101 Z or MPC 301 Zp equipped with
gas ballast valve
- suction-side separator with 500 ml round-bottomed flask
- pressure-side, insulated intensive cooler with round-bottom flask 500 ml
with safety valve
- one unregulated connection
- assembled and wired ready for connection
- suction connection for hose DN 8 | | MPC for chemical applications The diaphragm pumps for chemical applications -Type MPC- are are chemically
resistant against aggressive solvents and acidic vapors typically used in
laboratory routine. The diaphragms and all gas contaminated parts are made
from PTFE and PTFE Compounds. The pump and connection heads are carbon fibre
reinforced to provide electrical conductivity and prevent electrostatic
charging. The long life of these diaphragm pumps speaks for itself.
Special characteristics:
- chemically resistant
Ranges of application:
- for oil-free applications
- alternative to water jet pumps
- vacuum distillation
- vacuum drying
- vacuum filtration
- vacuum concentration
- degassing processes
- lifting of solvent and acidic vapors
- as backing pump
Scope of delivery:
Diaphragm pump for chemical applications complete with ON/OFF switch and
integrated protective switchgear for the motor, hose nozzles for hose inside
diameters 8 mm and/or small flanges DN 16 KF and optimized swinging feet.
Note:
National-typical mains connection cable separately to the pump, see chapter
devices accessories.
