The Wagner Banning Ring Rolling Division has its origin in two traditional companies enjoying international reputation: Wagner and Banning, renowned for high engineering performance and as specialists for sophisticated technology.

The modernisation and improvement of existing seamless tube mills are also part of our broad range of services. |  | Tube finishing machines and plants The product unit for tube finishing machines and plants is able to draw on decades of experience worldwide in the design and manufacture of all the key machines for the further processing of seamless and welded steel tubes in automated finishing lines.
Machines for the dressing of plate and strip edges and for the grinding and cutting of roll and die grooves for tube production complete the product range.
SMS Meer supplies not only tailor-made solutions for new plants but is also a reliable contact for the modernisation of existing plants.
|  | Welded tube plants The tube welding plants are tailor-made to meet the respective requirements in the automotive sector, in the oil and gas industry and general construction.
Included in the range of products are tube welding lines for outside diameters from 3/4" to 3 1/2" in the case of the smallest welding line and from 8" to 24" in the case of the largest welding line with the corresponding square dimensions up to a maximum of 500 x 500 x 19 mm.
