As supplement to the different machines we can supply all necessary accessories and auxiliary machines for completion of production lines mechanical wire cleaning systems wire pay- off devices for wire rods resp. pre- drawn wires wire pointing/milling machines, butt welding machines breaking and bending descalers cold rolling devices/cassettes spools of rigid or collapsible design testing instruments

Coilers / Spoolers

Coilers and spoolers which are destined for taking up wire are placed behind the wire processing lines. The wire is coiled up on rigid or collapsible spools, resp. deposited on baskets. The speeds are automatically adjusted to the machines placed in front.

Reinforced concrete lines

Wire rod is used as inlet wire for the manufacture of "reinforcement wires". By cold drawing ordinary steel is transformed into high-quality steel with an increased tensile strength. The wire surface can be provided, at the same time, with a ribbing for better adhesion in the concrete. The values of the tensile strengths or of the wire ribbing have to meet in most cases the legal prescriptions or standards of the building industry. These values are depending on e. g. total areal reduction of the wire rod up to the finished product as well as on chemical analysis of inlet wire material.

Single- block wire drawing machines

Single- block wire drawing machines can be supplied in various model sizes and either with single draft or with double draft. According to purpose of utilization they are equipped with finishing capstans or with pre- drawing capstans.
