CREFORM - Accessories

With different skate wheel conveyors you can transport almost any imaginable container shape in their transport structure. For every application there is a different railway bracket with stop and surrender function. In the event of damaged castors, every single part of our CREFORM skate wheel conveyors can be exchanged separately. A broad spectrum of castors and roles with different diameters, running coatings and installation possibilities also form part of CREFORM accessories. Our technical advisors are more than happy to assist you with the right choice of castors and roles. CREFORM offers different floor elements for static structures, which are chosen according to your manufacturing requirements. Also applicable is: light elements for light structures and not vice versa! No unnecessary waste of material. With CREFORM you can always modify.

CREFORM - Joints

CREFORM standard joints Connectors are the base components of all CREFORM structures. The CREFORM pipes are connected through them. Depending on the application, metal or plastic connectors are used. CREFORM - Pipes

The standard pipe H-4000 has an outer diameter of Ø 28mm. The wall consists of 0.7mm thick cold-rolled steel. Extremely light and high stability characterise this pipe. The sheathing for ASA thermoplast is available in different colours. The length of the pipe is 4000mm and the inside of the pipe is coated with a corrosion protector.

CREFORM - Tools

No extra qualification! A pipe cutter to modify structures, hexagon socket wrench, ratchet to fix nuts and bolts, tape ruler, inside and outside deburrer for pipes and a hammer to drive in the legs – only these few tools are needed to integrate your equipment with CREFORM. We recommend a simple commercially available vertical band saw to cut larger quantities of pipes. The pipes are very easy to cut because of the adequate wall thickness.

FIFO Rack

FIFO (First In First Out) racks are, because of their high capacity, ideal for use in small spaces. The single levels can be set to an ergonomically optimal height. Whether in the store or installed – there is the right solution for every application. Equipped with castors, the racks can at any time be moved for cleaning or maintenance work.

Handcart

The transportation of parts from one manufacturing area to another does not necessitate higher effort or force. Our handcarts, consisting of CREFORM pipes and connectors, offer a maximum load carrying capacity, tractability and dimensional accuracy with respect to the required size and height. They are a great alternative to lift trucks and forklifts, which occupy storage space in your manufacturing department.

Picking Trolleys

Picking trolleys are applicable for parts of almost any size. They can be easily furnished with a towing device to be transported by a hauler or other. Large wheels made of rubber, polyamide, or polyurethane or ESD castors with protection against electrostatic charge allow for use on any floor and under all circumstances. If necessary, the trolley structure can also be reinforced for greater loads to a point, after which it will become too heavy itself.

Workbench

Productivity starts with ergonomically configured workbenches with comfortable part-feeder, individually correct and adjusted workbenches and good illumination of the work area. Workbenches are designed as stationary or, with the appropriate locked castors, mobile. To protect sensitive electronic parts from static charges, ESD pipe and metal connectors are recommended.
