 | Handling. Material Handling. |  | UNIX-2200 UNIX-2200 probably our most universal dowel drilling machine with a longe range of different special equipment Drilling from 4 sides Option: 45° drilling – longhole drilling – Drilling of round components.
Material: solid wood, MDF, chip board, plywood. Components: short and long components, frame components, bed sides, drawer sides and front etc.
UNIX is equiped with an advanced controlsystem with numerous possibilities. It is possible to reset the machine in minutes, all data regarding drill heads, tools, position in x, y and z direction etc. are stored in the machine. A digital measuring system combined with a lightsignal guides the operator to position the drill groups in the x-direction. During production the machine continuously controls the position in x-direction to reduce faults.
|  | VLGD 1524 With the VLG-Series Rilesa has set a new benchmark in price / capacity for one-man-operated dowel drilling machines. This machine type is well suited for small as well as large series in all types of material, solid wood, MDF, chipboard and plywood.

The VLG machines have a special througput system where the components are moving in a halfcircle, before returning to the operator on the return conveyor.
