A highly organised and competent staff exploits the very modern machinery and accessories. The facilities include gravure print up to 11 colours, 1400 mm wide and laminate in line (using two component or solvent less adhesive). This has allowed Porta packaging to be constantly up to date with the latest materials and technologies. As it is imperative to obtain barrier materials and good shelf life, the laminating process has a fundamental importance. In addition to the in-line capability of the print machines, Porta also have off-line laminating capacity to obtain the best results using a variety of films.

SLITTING AND REELS REWINDING
This is the most important final operation of our production, by which we aim to obtain the maximum "customer satisfaction". The accurate reel slitting is essential to secure easy use of our laminates on the customer's fill/form/seal machines. Moreover, by enjoying the use of last generation slitters, we are able to save time and drastically reduce scrap percentage.
