ZIEMANN Cold block

The cold block sector is decisive for the quality of the beer. With its highly developed tank engineering technology this is yet another field where the ZIEMANN GROUP ranks top of the international league. Taking the actual situation of the individual brewery into account, ZIEMANN design engineers coordinate the design, technology and version of the yeast storage, fermentation and storage cellar. Many different factors in the cold block are decisive for the economic efficiency and quality of the beer production. The ZIEMANN+BAUER bright beer tank cellar with its complex pipework, valves and control engineering makes up the most important part of the cold block.

ZIEMANN Energy block

Beer production requires different forms of energy as heat, steam, electricity. ZIEMANN implements the project planning, design and delivery of the entire power supply for the brewery, regardless of where it is to be. ZIEMANN sets up brewing plants all over the world and is familiar with having to face many different situations and stipulations. This has led to a well-established and comprehensive knowledge of solution possibilities. All local conditions and frameworks set by authorities are, of course, already taken into account during the design and the planning phase.
