Single Point
35 to 250 Metric tons
NC1 Overview
Like all AIDA® NC-series gap frame presses, the NC1 Single Point Gap Frame Press uses a welded steel frame, cast iron slide, and over-sized cast steel bolsters. This enables the press to deliver angular frame deflection that is one third of the industry standard, insuring longer die life and higher part quality.
The wet clutch (standard) is immune to heat build up and its detrimental effects on performance that plague air friction clutches. And a wet clutch virtually lasts forever with minimal maintenance and can provide up to four times the single trip cycles per minute of an air friction clutch.
AIDA’s Hydraulic Overload Protection System (HOLP) provides the industry’s fastest response time, adjustable trip level, and an “unstick” switch that frees a slide that is “stuck” on bottom in a matter of seconds to minimize downtime.
The advanced control system brings a level of flexibility unheard of in the category. Add a six-point slide guide system and 25 other features and the result is a gap frame press that dramatically limits factors that can shorten die life.

NS1-D Overview
The drive technology that revolutionized the metalforming industry : SERVOPRO®
Imagine being able to dial-in the stroke, veloctiy and dwell profile for any job . . . blanking, drawing, high precision, exotic materials . . . all on one press. With AIDA ServoPro technology, you can have each press you own performing like multiple presses . . . an enormous competitive advantage for you. Plus, with AIDA's exclusive high torque servo motor, you get the same torque characteristics and power consumption as mechanical presses, without a flywheel and clutch. Better performance. Less maintenance. Only from AIDA.
NS1-D Straightside Servo Press Features
Highly accurate & efficient process for difficult-to-form material
Improved productivity
Eliminate noise and vibration during forming
Improved operability and maintainability
Unique Safety feature
| | Straightside Press Progressive Die 300 to 1000 Metric tons
PMX Overview
The more accurate your stamping press is the longer the tooling will last – and the parts you produce will be of better quality for longer runs. AIDA’s unique slide link motion design minimizes heat and vibration found in dies run in conventional crank or eccentric shaft presses.
The slide guiding system helps eliminate slide tipping caused by off-center loading (inevitable in progressive die stamping). Link motion combined with features such as advanced controls, dynamic balancing, rigid frame structure, and hydraulic overload protection enable the AIDA PMX presses to often double die life.
The PMX series uses these AIDA metalforming technology advancements to deliver better total productivity at lower overall costs. And some of our most popular PMX presses, the 300, 400, and 600 ton models, are available through our short delivery program, enabling you to take advantage of AIDA stamping press technology quicker than you might expect

The kinematics, carried out by link-drive system, permits to work at low and constant speeds during the drawing phase and at higher speeds during the idle stroke of the slide, as well as during the back-up motion of the slide up to the T.D.C. These speed variations are obtained with low value accelerations and continuous movement without any vibration.
