It fulfils the demands of modern bagging plants and the high performance of this palletizer is achieved through the use of dual feeding belt conveyors. Each layer is formed on the layer table in such a way that the upper fold always points towards the middle, thereby ensuring a smooth outside of the pallet. Even if one bag loses product, the contents remain in the centre of the filled pallet and - as a result - the outside remains clean. Another special feature of this palletizing system is the fact that an interlayer is not used as with common palletizers of this type to stabilise the filled pallet. The combination of a unique non-stop operation design and the horizontal configuration allows the use of a large film roll providing continuous operation for many consecutive hours. The FFS-200 Series is designed to package a wide range of loose fill materials at rates of up to 1,920 bags per hour. It is used as a feeding system for the FFS-200 Series Horizontal Form, Fill and Seal Bagger. The VF-2000 is equipped with highly reliable product level detectors and a 2-speed belt conveyor, driven through a pneumatic clutch-brake. A motorized leveling device ensures a constant delivery of product into the bag. The combination of the dual speed conveyor and vertically adjustable leveling device allows for optimization of bagging rate for a wide range of bag sizes. | |
