Vakucheck

Vakucheck is used for the integrity testing of closed containers (cups or bags), and marks and rejects failed product. VMS-VAKUCHECK can be adapted to any machine output. VMS Filling machine RX 1000

The multi functional filling machine VMS-RX 1000 is designed for manual, stand-alone operation. The compact and robust design allows for years of trouble free operation. This universal and flexible filler can be used in various industries. The high quality stainless steel enclosure is easy to clean. A generously designed work area allows for several containers to be handled simultaneously. Superior Technology The design of the mechanical and electrical parts are state of the art. The following features demonstrate the technological advantages: • The vertical filler is easy to clean and allows for a complete depletion. • A short product line between filler and nozzle reduces product loss at product change over. • Optional processing of abrasive products. • The fixed nozzle allows for a hose free connection between filler and nozzle. The product lines can be entirely drained. • Bottom up filling is accomplished by lifting the containers with a servo drive. This ensures precise control and the foaming of products can be minimized. • A pneumatic valve closes the nozzle after filling in order to prevent product drip in idle mode. • The piston is also controlled by a servo drive. This allows for optimal adjustment of the dispensing parameters to the specific product to be filled. • A central greasing system ensures a trouble-free operation.
